Air Haus - Interactive Inflatable Park — Attraction in Sheffield

Attended air haus yesterday for my sons 8th birthday party which was booked in advance. I informed them when I booked about his brother (my other son)s severe peanut/ nut allergy, I also rang multiples times leading up to the party to remind air haus about his allergy. I was told it had was written on the party booking and there would be safe food for him to eat. When we arrived our designated party host had no idea about the allergy so had to go and speak to the manager and bring down the allergy booklet. She seemed very unknowledgeable about this issue but after me and his dad looking through the booklet with her we chose a safe meal for him with vanilla ice cream desert. Once inside air haus I went to speak to the people working in the kitchen as I had not been reassured by the party hosts attitude and knowledge about allergies. I was then informed by a member of kitchen staff that the vanilla ice cream was not safe for him to eat! Had I not decided to double check off my own back again he would have eaten this ice cream with potentially extremely severe outcomes. I then asked to speak to the manager who said the vanilla ice cream was safe but the allergy sheets had not been filled in correctly. After this terrible service my son was not able eat at the party. The staffs attitude was also very rude at times and overall the party was not well managed with the party host being elsewhere most of the time. I am extremely disappointed in this service and very worried about the potential consequences of the incorrect allergy labelling/ information and allergy knowledge...

My daughter had her 8th birthday party at Air Haus on 28th December 2021. A huge thankyou to all staff on the day especially our party host! The party ran so smoothly right through from arrival to departure. Nothing was too much trouble for the party host who kept a presence and made sure everything was ok, keeping the juice filled and promptly getting more straws etc when children asked. She was super helpful and was great in communicating with the kids when needed. The food came out quickly once seated and everything just "flowed". There was no waiting for anything and no hecticness!

We have been to lots of kids parties over the past few years (none at Air Haus), aswell as hosting multiple ourselves and this was by far the most stress-free and smooth run event we have attended or hosted!

We were also happy with the little touches that we didn't realise were included at the time of booking including free drinks for us 2 parents & a slush for the birthday girl. Also a card from the AirHaus team with a gift card for return admission, thankyou! Staff were super helpful at my last minute request to purchase slushes for the rest of the party too.

My daughter had an amazing birthday party so a big thankyou to everybody at Air Haus! We would 100%...

Certainly a fun place.

We pre booked, and was busy when we got there, check in was quick and we were soon bouncing away lol. Quite a large area with many inflatable parts to explore (although 1 was closed for repair when we went).

Seems to be for most ages (see website) and you do need to sign a waver before going in (to save time do it online)

Cafe ok, not the best of variety or choice but coffee was good :-)

Can get busy so book in advance and be prepared for a nightmare parking! It's literally caios at busy times, especially as there is another well known bouncing business near by. Good job we went early as took us a good while to find a space.

Seems relatively easy access for wheelchair users, maybe check with staff on this and about if any of activities are suitable for disabled users?

Toilets were basic and not enough of them, so we queued to use, which isn't easy with a young child desperate for toilet.

The bouncing experience itself was good and kids soon worked up a sweat...we booked 2 hrs straight but to be honest, my kids were exhausted after 1.

There is different areas of skill abilities and heights, so lots to explore, set up in a circular circuit type arrangement.

Something different to the usual trampoline...
