This place deserves far more than 5 stars but that’s all that google allows unfortunately!
What a wonderful evening myself and my partner have had. Fantastic drinks and service from Tom and Nico! Every drink was beautiful and although the menu looks “small” the quality of every item listed goes above and beyond. You get far more than what you pay for, they use premium ingredients in their cocktails and on occasions where we asked “make what you recommend/your favourite” Tom was able to whip up something both absolutely delicious and boozey!
Nico has a cracking personality, wonderful to talk to and served you professionally yet held conversation like a friend. It’s lovely to see people that actually enjoy doing the job they’re doing and working where they work. You could really feel their passion for their job roles.
Last but certainly not least, we were greeted by Harley who had the warmest smile and most welcoming demeanour. She explained the games well (especially shuffle board which looks more difficult than it is🤣😉).
Overall, highly recommend this place, the 3 for £12 plates are delicious and more than enough food for 2-3 of you. We’ve come away extremely satisfied and excited to offer our custom again! What a wonderful place, Meadowhall has definitely been needing a place like you!

Read morePaid £77 for 2 games of bowling and a game of crazy golf. We arrived early and there was lots of free lanes so they asked us if we wanted to go on early so we did. I said we wanted to eat and was told could order and eat whilst playing bowling when I went down to order was then told would have to wait until after bowling but would be awkward carrying food around golf so said would do it afterwards. We finished first game and started next and was talking and staff came up to say that people were waiting for our lane even though there was 3 free lanes. So we cracked on and then another staff came over and said someone had been waiting 10 minutes even though we had gone on early and our crazy golf was 20 mins away. So at this point we were supposed to do 2 games within 30 mins if started at correct time. We rushed through game , even though there was empty lanes next to us a family of 10 were eating having regular breaks. Then after golf I asked about food only to be told there was no tables. I felt like they wanted us gone. Never going back ... Although staff were polite and nice there were no customer service. Totally ruined the experience. I get they are busy but why not advice us to book a table. Tell us at the beginning our lane is this busiest and we won't have time to talk or go to toilet. I don't usually complain about it but this was just naff! You pay £100 for just over an hour for 2 of you to not to be...
Read moreI’m genuinely disappointed with my recent experience at this bar/restaurant, and it’s unfortunate that the issue stems from someone who claims to be the manager — Josh. From the moment I arrived, his attitude was completely unwelcoming. Instead of creating a friendly, inviting atmosphere for guests coming in to enjoy a drink or a meal, Josh made the experience feel tense and uncomfortable. He came across as incredibly arrogant, dismissive, and rude — not only to myself, but to others around me who were clearly just trying to enjoy their time.
What’s even more frustrating is how unapologetic and entitled he seemed, as though basic respect and courtesy were beneath him. In hospitality, a manager sets the tone for the whole place — and if Josh is what the bar considers leadership, it’s no wonder the vibe was so off. No one should be made to feel belittled or unwelcome when spending their time and money somewhere. I honestly expected better and won’t be returning anytime soon if this is how customers are treated.
