Well as you can't contact them or speak to anyone because email and phone line are unavailable I will give an honest review on here . We decided to have a family day out today at meadow Hall and of course got hungry. The service first of all was OK but did feel the staff had more important thing to do than serve paying customers. And the the food was awwfull My fiance took one bite and did not like it . I tried to eat mine as it was fairly expensive but I got half way through and started feeling sick which is unusual for me as I will eat anything . I still feel rough 6 hours later . First time for me not my husband though. I felt rushed and the girl looked like she couldn't be bothered with me and not advising me on the ordering process just kept getting eye rolled when asking questions. The food was not to my taste and they didn't have chips they said it would be 20 minute wait. My husbands wasn't wrapped so when he opened it everything fell out leaving him to have to eat with a plastic knife and fork. They advertised a £6.95 wrap which is what we both asked for but was charged £21 for both wraps as they were offering cheese and sauce however no one explained these are charged more...either that or the 2 drinks cost £7.10. Awesome burritos and great service. I’d gotten 2 or 3 Too Good To Go bags from here before but never actually ordered then and there from the counter. Katie served myself and girlfriend and I reckon she could tell it was our first time ordering there, mostly due to how I either took a good second to answer her questions or answered her completely wrong. Either way she was very patient with us and definitely put us at ease as first timers. Options to choose from your burritos is great, both our burritos were really nice and I was surprised just how much filling there was and it was still able to be wrapped up.
