My husband and i moved in about a month ago and we've had such a positive experience so far. Alejandro was so helpful and pleasant to communicate with during the inquiry and booking stage, so it was a lovely first impression on top of a gorgeous new apartment to expect (where pets are welcome!!). When it was finally time for us to move in, Mia was just the sweetest and made us feel so welcome to our new home 🥰 I personally love that the staff make an effort to make us feel like a community (e.g fun and engaging instagram updates, free breakfast days at the shared kitchen space, movie nights at the lounge) tho due to covid they've had to limit being able to do events for residents, but im excited for this after social-distancing is lifted.

The flats itself are so lovely too! Everything is brand new and modern and we loveee the rooftop terrace and the fancy residents lounge. The gym is pretty good too, and they've found a way to limit people using the facility due to covid. But otherwise it would usually be open 24/7. The apartment is located at a very good location thats walking-distance to lots of supermarkets(waitrose and omg aldi!!) and restaurants on ecclesall road and london road.

I suppose the only thing that bothers us is that the windows in our flat don't open fully, but i think thats coz of regulations that are out of the management's control since we're on one of the higher floors. Its annoying during hot days in the summer but i guess we won't mind it now that it's getting chilly. And i do wish the terrace would be open all night coz sometimes we just wanna hang out and play boardgames with our friends past 10pm haha. I want to say thank you, to you all about my experience using the new workspace set up. The booking system is really easy to use either via the app on my phone or on my computer via the website. I appreciate the time and effort that's been put into place so that we can use the work area safely whilst Coronavirus is still affecting the UK. The spacing of the work areas, the one way system and the sanitizer station all made me feel very safe and very comfortable to book again, I actually booked in twice today and I'm using it each morning from now on if it's got a vacant slot. It was lovely to have a change of scenery whilst I have to work from home. I felt more focused and worked faster as I had no distractions from my dog, my son, or my kitchen 😊. It gives my son time alone too, which is a rarity at the moment so he enjoyed me being able to work downstairs as well. He's actually going to book in some time for himself to carry on with his online courses. Thank you again Beverley, Julie and Emma for putting in the time to make the experience a safe and enjoyable one. I'm hoping you can sort out gym bookings next as I can't wait to get back into...

I just moved at Brook Place and the appartment I have is not well designed. This was the only appartment available according to the manager. Also, there is too much car noises near my appartment. I cannot sleep well. I will definitely move out of this place before the end of my tenancy. Plus some residents allow themselves to play music at 1am. Also, there is no AC and when I moved in the appartment wasn't cleaned at all. I was so disappointed that I vacated the appartment for 1 week. When I returned to it Only my fridge and TV stand were repaired but the place was left dirty. The bed wasn't clean at all. I could smell humidity. Spider web was in the apartment. The bathroom was dirty. Everything was dirty and they wanted me to ignore it. The car noises make me sick. Unfortunately I signed the contract and paid full rent ( year) more that £12K for this appartment. I regret it. If you can find a better place than Brook Place go there. Don't waste your time. #Too much car noises. Can't sleep well. Not well designed. Good...
