Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend
This was our first and definitely last visit to this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the experience was unpleasant. One of the staff members who began serving us had a strong odour of sweat and was simultaneously using a mop and serving food, which felt very unhygienic. We had to request another staff member to take over.
The food itself was unacceptable. We ordered a full chicken, which arrived barely grilled—essentially raw and just coated in peri peri sauce. When we raised our concerns, the waiter insisted the chicken was properly cooked and refused to acknowledge the issue. Instead of addressing the complaint professionally, he argued with us.
Unfortunately, my son experienced a stomach ache shortly after eating the undercooked chicken, which was very concerning. We ended up paying for a meal we couldn’t eat and had to leave to find another place to dine—thankfully, the next restaurant was far better.
Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience in terms of both food quality and service. I would strongly advise others to...
Read moreThe level of customer service and hospitality I had received yesterday was awful! The waitress who took our order was rude and didn't make us feel welcome never greeted us when we entered. The mango lassi we ordered was not sweet enough nor could we taste the mango flavour so I requested for them to re make it and I did not receive an apology for the way it was by the ‘manager’ ( a young boy roughly teenager) Next the mixed grill starter was half eaten as I saw a hair in my food. I had shown that to one of the waiter who told the ‘ manager’ and he came across patronising and speaking to me very rudely. He said first you’re complaining about the drink now the food after you’ve had majority of it! I then spoke with the actual manger and raised my concern. This is an honest review, if this is a family business it should value customers and treat with them respect!

Read moreUsually, we order the mixed grill and it comes with lamb chops, chicken wings, sheek kebabs, chicken and lamb tikka and we like to eat it with naan or roti.
Another one of our favourite dishes is Lamb Karahi Gosht (The dish is prepared in a karahi, a type of wok often used in South Asian cooking and gosht means tender meat, hence the name)
Their lamb biryani (a spiced mix of meat and rice) is also really good. (last picture)
If you are not a fan of spices don't worry. Tell the waiters and they will ask the chef to make it less spicy.
They do not have a kids' menu but they have many dishes to choose from and kids can have burgers or chicken with chips for example.
Overall the service is good, sometimes they get really busy so you might have to wait a bit longer to be served, but this is also a sign their food is good and there portions are...
