If I could put 0 stars trust me I would. The staff are rude and the manager is rude as well,I rang regarding some food we had missing and we had the manger and the staff end the phone on us after us getting wound up as they was not letting us speak on the phone. They told us it wasn’t their problem and said we won’t get a refund due to how rude we was being on the phone when we was only trying to get a sentence in without being interrupted which is a joke, really unhappy with the service don’t know how these people can run a buisness and expecting young children to go down to there shop at 11:30pm to get an order they did wrong instead of offering to send it out to us and told us none of the workers drove so apparently they all walk to work so don’t know how that makes any sense cus they shut at 12 and if women are walking around at 12 at night that is dangerous and are clearly wanting something to happen to them so they lied to us and made it out like it wasn’t their fault and tried to blame Uber, Uber helped and was very nice when speaking to them but honestly don’t even bother trying to get anywhere with this company they are a joke, they will expect you to go to them no matter the time and your age so clearly have no sense of awareness to their surroundings and the people that can be walking around this area at that hour. Honestly this is disgusting never order from here you will regret it and the food looks like awful anyway and has no comparison to the pictures they put online this is called false advertising and honestly can be done for fraud, I am young old girl just wanting a cookie and was spoke to in a very disrespectful way by everyone on the phone telling me they was not allowed to serve me as their customer anymore so good job I won’t be reattending they then proceeded to ask me if I run my own business and if I know how it works honestly never known a company’s being run so ridiculous in my life. AVOID AT ALL COST GO TO CREAMES OR ANYWHERE OTHER THAN HERE YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! Make sure you tell all your family and friend and anyone you even walk past in the street they will need...

I am absolutely appalled by the terrible customer service at this Sheffield branch predominately by the assistant manager whom refused to provide their name.

I was handed menus and advised that there were updated menus online. Nothing was advised about the pricing. So definitely watch out people!!! I went to place my order and the bill came to almost £50. I asked for the breakdown of which prices were no where near that advertised in the menu printed in front of me.

The prices were clearly stated in the menu and not blacked out, redacted to state new prices online or new menu. I asked for the prices to be honoured as advertised under trading laws to which the manager abruptly refused and reprimanded the colleague who handed us the menus in front of us. The colleague clearly shaken apologised for not advising for the prices being incorrect and looked terrified at her “assistant manager”. Wow I am glad I don’t work there.

I would not have minded paying the prices but as a matter of principle and the shocking service deterred me from spending ANY money in this place.

The colleague again apologised as I was leaving but the assistant managers response to me was that she was being attacked which quite frankly is a total cop out of dealing with any customer complaint that infringes trading laws and after intimidating her member of staff in front of us.

This visit was for a special occasion, we left to go elsewhere and will certainly not be returning.

I advise anyone thinking of going here to go elsewhere especially with the way they treat their staff. No wonder so many complaints of...

I would just like to share my experience at This restaurant for the first time yesterday. I was looking forward to trying the deserts and what I will say at this point is the deserts we ordered were the only positive part. The area we was seated was extremely dirty lots of food squashed into the floor and on the seat , the table looked as though it had a quick once over but was by no means clean . Ordering at the counter was a job in its self as I asked for them to take ice cream off my daughters as she doesn’t like it but wanted all the other desert to come as normal, the young man behind the counter looked at me like I was asking something out Of the ordinary and said so you don’t want anything on it with a sarcastic tone and expression to which I replied I want everything else just not the blob or ice cream , when arriving two of the deserts had the ice cream missing off , all of our deserts came out at different times with a good 10 min gap between, to which my partner had already finished his . I also ordered a flat white coffee which also came different it was probably a cappuccino which was all froth and was cold . I work with customers myself and I know it’s not an easy industry to work in getting staff etc especially to work weekends , but I felt as though there was a lot of young staff there and felt as though it was lacking some good organisation and management . Was a shame that this was my experience as the deserts as I say was lovely but I wouldn’t like to go again and sit in such a mess . I don’t Normally review but felt Was necessary. maybe there is...
