Staff member was incredibly hostile and rude I was in the line got to the till,realised I needed to send money over to my account which only would’ve taken a minute. Then this staff member has came over I’m unsure of her name ,it’s the one with the prominent dark mustache and greasy hair She asked me if I had a problem to which I explained what I was doing And with the most foul look on her face with the stinkiest attitude she said after sighing In my face “right I’m going to void you order because there’s a que” Then the next till was opend and the line was moved I stayed stood there as my money had gone through now But she decided to walk away leaving me stoof at the till for a further 10 minutes before I actually finally got served She then came over and was very rude to me and made me very uncomfortable as I suffer with anxiety and someone like her makes it worse I do actually know this woman from the past I’m not sure if that has influenced her poor behaviour She is as disrespectful as her face

No ‘thank you we really appreciate it’ just scowl.
Asked for help to find what I wanted as I wanted to hurry up as per their request. They didnt help. I found it myself. A min later second member of staff came up to me, told me they were closing. End up dumping basket on floor and walking out after being told there was a sign on the door re early closing due to short staff for weeks (I hadn’t seen this as don’t visit often).

Read moreThe staff are awful. I hate going in there, but I still do because of the product range. The manager bullies the customers and staff with her words. In general, they all talk to each other on the headsets all the time and are not welcoming at all. It's so incredibly annoying when they say "do you have your points card with you?" as if its obligatory. Then when you say, "No I'd just like to pay please," they hound you with: get a card, it's better blah blah. They are so insistent on their aggressive script, even if you show signs of being super uncomfortable, or wanting to simply pay and leave.
