Adventure Mini Golf — Attraction in Warwick

Decided to here for something different to do. There was myself, my wife and my youngest son (11). Decided to have 36 holes for all of us at a cost of £46, of which I didn’t think the price was bad, especially taking into consideration the courses and the quality of the venue. After playing 5 holes a large party entered and began to follow behind us, this party consisted of over 15 with a mixture of adults and kids. It started to become unbearable when the children began to run around the venue, run across holes and just freely play where they want, this included on the holes we were playing on. The parents even started to do the same and upon being spoken to by myself I was greeted with pure ignorance. I approached the young female member of staff who informed me they were only playing 18 holes and she would monitor the situation. After we finished the first 18 holes we preceded to the other 18 holes to be followed by the large group who continued to behave in the same manner. We decided to stop playing as it wasn’t enjoyable. We were each given a free round as we hadn’t completed the full 36, the member of staff Daisy had already sorted this out before we got back to reception, a nice gesture by a member of staff who attempted to assist where she could. The facility let itself down by relying on two members of staff who were of a young age and couldn’t have been expected to deal with a difficult situation involving a large party of inconsiderate people. What can I say today I visited the establishment with my little girl today 26/2/2022

After waiting in the queue for around 15 minutes I was informed it was cash only. As I had no cash on me we had a walk around and found a cash machine and returned to the adventure golf.

On rejoining the back of the queue one of the young girls came over and ushered us back to the front of the queue And then when we got to the counter the manager gave us a free round of golf after he’d been told of what had happened. This small gesture meant so much

Brilliant, fantastic and overall perfect! Brought the wife and two little ones over the Boxing Day holiday and we just absolutely fell in love.

The ambiance was to die for. The calm of the waterfall balanced with the warmth of jungle sounds was enough to give me and the missus the break we so desperately needed. I would place the ambience on par with a spa weekend.

Although the staff were obviously feeling the extra stress of the Bank Holiday, they stayed focussed and gave my children a memory they’ll never forget. A young lady, I think Alisha was kind enough to speak to my daughter and helped her navigate through the endless and creatively fun course - truly a blessing for the business.

This was a day me and the family will never forget and we’ll definitely be back! If anyone is unsure about what they should be doing on a holiday, this is the perfect pit stop. 5/5 across the...
