Yesterday I called into Morrisons on festival park I was planning on going to get some lunch from the market kitchen area however I was unaware that it had closed down a few months ago, needing a quick lunch take away I headed to the cafe and wow!! Firstly all the staff were lovely & friendly great customer service, I opted for a takeaway tuna jacket potato, the portion size was a big decent size and only £5, the kitchen staff were speedy with my order! I was very impressed by all and the jacket potato was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be returning 5*!!

Every now and again I use this cafeteria. I find it clean, tidy and the staff are smashing. They do lovely fish here, so when the urge takes I will pop in for Fish, Rice & Peas. 2 of those meals with two hot drinks for around £11, it's a fare meal and cheaper than the chip shop. Shame they close at 7pm, or I'd used the place a lot more 👍

Food was cold and disappointing. Staff were nice but place wasn't that busy and wasn't that clean. No atmosphere. My son had fish n chips and the batter used to cook both the fish and the chips needed changing as it was over used and dirty. His food was covered in black specks and he refused to eat it.

I use to thoroughly enjoy eating here, but recently it has gone downhill, with my visit today sealing the deal.

They have just introduced a single 'self service' kiosk instead of a member of staff for you to order food, meaning that you can no longer modify your order, and they are slow to use, making the queue massive.

Furthermore, they have reduced the fizzy drinks sizes of medium and large to cups of small and medium respectively, without reducing prices. The fizzy drinks, by the way, don't include regular fat Coca-Cola, however there is nothing that obviously mentions this when ordering. I would not have paid for it if I had known this!

Morrisons no longer provide lids nor straws for dispensed drinks, and don't seem to pay attention to things like the CO2 for fizzy drinks running out, nor the cutlery being non-existent.

I will not be visiting Morrisons café again, especially considering its next to a McDonald's, who actually know what...

All food must be ordered and paid (by card) at the machine by the enterence to the cafe. Cold/hot drinks you help yourself but the staff will bring your food out to your table along with the cutlery, sauces. Unfurtunatley there were no spoon/sticks to use for stirring hot beverage and the staff behind the counter appeared to be ignoring you when asked.

We had cooked breakfast and all of us enjoyed it. However fried egg looked slimy (greasy) and grilled/fried tomatoes didn't appear to be grilled/fried. Also we did get a choice between bread or toast (all were given toasts). The lady that brought our food come around few times to ask if everything was alright.

Overall it was a good and I would go back...

Popped in for some lunch today, my 10 year old chose as he loves the unicorn slushies. Wish we hadn't bothered!! We were told when we ordered there would be a 30 minute wait which was fine with us as we could see it was very busy, however when we tried to find a table all vacant ones were full of plates, leftover food etc. I had to clear the table myself as there didn't seem to be anyone around to ask. Food finally arrived about 45 mins after we'd ordered. The food wasn't great but we ate it as our 19 month old was getting very impatient having waited so long! There was hardly any clean cutlery, no condiments at all and the whole place was a bit of a state to be honest. Won't be going again...
