Subway — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

Been to Subways, all across the planet; and this had the worst server I have ever encountered. Ordered a Steak & Cheese sub, and a Roast Chicken sub, then noticed she was putting the steak on both. Pointed out that one was supposed to be chicken and she just scowled, pointed at the steak bowl and announced that was actually chicken. I said, in that case what was on the other sandwich, and she declared it was the steak and cheese. When I again pointed out that she had got both fillings from the same bowl, she just shrugged and moved onto the salad section. I cannot believe this was a training issue rather than someone deliberately taking the mickey with an obvious tourist from the hotel next door. I just wanted to write a review after our visit today to highlight how fantastic, helpful, polite, patient and efficient the staff were. After we received our order the staff had received a complaint from another customer whom said their sub was hard at the ends. The staff were trying to resolve the issue and were faced by two extremely rude and nasty women who spoke to the staff in a very degrading way. The staff remade the sub but the abuse they received was disgusting. How the staff members managed to keep themselves calm...

Has to be the the worst subway around , I eat subway a couple of times a week, I gave this subway at least 5 visits to prove them selfs, the smallest portions there is, it’s asif they are on a commission or something for not putting much on your sandwich, you have to remember we’re talking about sandwiches that cost like £7 , it should be over flowing with salad,

I even ask for extra jalapeños and olives and had to ask twice, I don’t even waste my sub points on this...
