Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

I went in as had offer from mobile provider for a free coffee,, the lady shouted over to another member to ask if they were taking part in the offer,,, but do to their tills not recognising or accepting the Vodafone offer,, she said loudly that i WAS unable to use this at this time.. i felt embarrassed as i felt people in the shop were looking and judging me,, i.e. ohh she's after a freebie... but thing is,, I've not got to use any offers from Vodafone in these Costa shops due to being refused everytime there's been an offer on.. i feel Costa staff dont like taking part in these offers... Shame really as i would've bought a cake/ muffin to go with the drink 😳🤨 i went into...

Never ever will i visit here again. Visited here ordered a large hot chocolate..the worker ..made it..thew it in the to go cup..i saw a bunch left over in the metal cup they make it in..as i walked away i said to myself that this cup is very light..i stopped and took the cover off and the cup was 3/4 of the way full..loads of foam ...i went back in line but they were taking too long so i left . People pay for the cup to be full..if you have some left ovet in the metal container then obvisouly it means there is room in the cup of the customer. I left feeling violated and robbed out my money. Now I'm a bit of a Costa lover so always visit stores all over the place and one thing that I notice in a lot of stores when they get busy they forget manners and to be friendly. But not this store.

They were busy but still had a laugh and were friendly and professional which you remember as it stands out.
