Never had a problem before at this casino until today. My friend ordered a chicken burger which she assumed it was southern fried but came as grilled as it didnt not specify what it was on the menu, which realistically it should. Anyway the manager came over and said she would not be changing the burger as theres nothing wrong with it and that was what my friend ordered. So whilst we are trying to justify the fact the menu did not state what type of burger it was, she went on to saying theres nothing wrong with her menu and that's that. So my friend ended up eating nothing. Moreover, this lady who we now know as sandra mitchell food and beverage manager, she was very rude and spoke in a manner which she felt she could speak down to us. Clearly this woman has no customer service skills and should definetly not be in a managers position. Just a total waste of time going here unless you are rich!! Havent been for 12 months and was surprised to find that blackjack was now minimum bet of £5 and roulette was £1 minimum. Gets worse, after a worker opened a roulette table and changed some cash for us we placed our bets..they then told us that the minimum bet per spin is £10 per person!!!! What about £1 minimum that is plastered everywhere??! We decided that was obscene, cashed out and promptly left. Since it was rebranded the greed is evident. Our money simply was not good enough and we left feeling humiliated. The jokes on them though, the staff outnumbered the customers about 7 to 1! The place was totally dead and I can certainly see why! There was 1 customer on the only table that was open and this was a saturday! We were made to feel like our money wasn't good enough....

Should be called a super arcade not a super casino. The place is so automated the atmosphere is dead and the odds of winning are poor. The food is cheap food presented as gourmet so basically you get a small portion of cheap food. Most of the machines littered around the place are online terminals which remind me of a bookies. The beers good but my Mrs said the wine tasted of vinegar. The most disappointing part of the visit was the confusion created by the user interfaces of the machines you couldn't tell if you won or lost??
