Never had a problem before at this casino until today. My friend ordered a chicken burger which she assumed it was southern fried but came as grilled as it didnt not specify what it was on the menu, which realistically it should. Anyway the manager came over and said she would not be changing the burger as theres nothing wrong with it and that was what my friend ordered. So whilst we are trying to justify the fact the menu did not state what type of burger it was, she went on to saying theres nothing wrong with her menu and that's that. So my friend ended up eating nothing. Moreover, this lady who we now know as sandra mitchell food and beverage manager, she was very rude and spoke in a manner which she felt she could speak down to us. Clearly this woman has no customer service skills and should definetly not be in a managers position. Since this woman has taken over im sorry to say that the food menu has gone down and the prices have gone up, and this is not due to the fact of the incident today.
