Did a in store pickup twice at this location. First experience was smooth and had no issues. When I came to pickup the ladies at the front desk were very helpful with getting me resized and help with any questions I had. I did another pickup Sunday night 7.24 and I still havenât received notice that my order was ready and itâs 7.30 I stopped by the store at 5:16PM on Tuesday 7.26 online and sign posted the previous week said they close at 6. Upon arrival the hours on the door were changed to only being open on Tuesday 11-5. How am I supposed to pickup my order when I work a full time job 7-5 Monday-Friday. I called customer service and lucky they were able to resend my order with express shipping b/c Iâm going out of the Country next week. That was the whole purpose of the pickup order. I did have to pay again for my order, and now I still havenât been refunded for my 1st order because I canât cancel through the app, and my order is still pending so that means no refund until I get someone...
   Read moreAs an international customer who shop online at torrid, I was so excited going on vacation and looking forward to actually experience shopping at the torrid location at willow grove mall. I couldn't wait. To my utmost disappointed it was the worst experience ever. I don't know if it is they were short staffed....but I had to wait so long for assistance . I took my selections to the dressing room to try and had to be constantly shouting for help, because if I came out the dressing room the door would automatically look. I gave the assistant two pcs of clothing to get in another size while waiting in the room. I guess if I had not made up my mind to leave I would have been still waiting. It was awful. When she got there she was rudely told âwe donât do returns hereâ and âYou need to try this stuff onâ when clearly it was still in the clear online packaging. My daughter told her it was her momâs online order and why canât she process the return? The sales person then asked for the receipt (which was on the bag), my daughter had the order number and reluctantly and rudely did the return.
