I had a terrible experience at NOVA watch repair and strongly advise against using their services. My Raymond Weil watch, which was working perfectly until recently, needed a battery replacement, as it hadn’t been changed in about four years. I chose NOVA based on their reviews and because my usual repair shop, Time After Time, had closed. The gentleman at NOVA told me it would take 25 minutes. When I returned, he claimed he tried two batteries, neither worked, and suggested it was a mechanical issue. Devastated, I took the watch home and inspected it the next morning, only to find the stem completely broken—unable to set the time and fully unscrewing. This was not an issue before, as I had set the time earlier that day. It’s clear the damage occurred during their handling. Since there was no transaction or receipt for the attempted repair, I have no proof to hold them accountable. Now, I’m facing a $500-$600 repair cost from a professional to fix what NOVA broke. I'm so grateful my friends were not wrong about this place! My best friends recently got married and they told me they picked out their rings at NOVA Jewelers in Willow Grove, Pa. I was hesitant because the location is a bit far for me. I was strapped for time and I needed to stick to my budget so I took the chance and went. I regret nothing. Caleb was great! He listened attentively and showed me what they had that was similar to what I was looking for. I found the perfect ring for my fiancé and he was so kind to even ship it directly to my house. My father in law came to PA for a visit and his favorite watch broke. We drove to the Willow Grove Mall and stumbled upon Nova Jewelers. We walked in with a welcome greeting from everyone. Danny was extremely helpful and sweet. He repaired my father in law’s watch in less than 5 minutes. Yasir was friendly and had a pleasant conversation with my father in law.
