Grand Rapids Township Park — Attraction in Ada Township

Love this park! I used to be a nanny nearby back in 2007 and I would bring the 3 little boys I nannied here often. It was one of our favorite playgrounds. Came again recently with my 2 children and they loved it! There are several play structures and swings, slides, merry-go-rounds and all sorts of fun things! My son is apprehensive on some playground equipment due to his disabilities and he did great and truly enjoyed himself. My daughter is a daredevil and isn't even quite walking on her own, but throughly enjoyed climbing and playing. There were several other families with children playing and everyone was so...

The trails were absolutely beautiful to walk. I have been to this park a lot and had no idea these trails were there. There are restrooms, tennis courts, a giant playground, dogs were there walking the trails. When u get done at the park, and the door is open, its right behind the Grand Rapids Twsp. Fire Station, and they like when u stop and say hi. I have had many a picnic here, as there us a Pavillion...

Wonderful park but there is always one inconsiderate, entitled person with their dog, and often off of leash in the park when the park is "no dogs", so that kids can play safely among other reasons, even when they have SO many parks at their disposal that already allow dogs...It's unfortunate that they refuse to follow simple, sensible rules because the park is well...
