T.J. Maxx — Local services in Grand Rapids

Be careful when walking in this place. In fact just avoid it. There was a shattered bottle of coffee syrup. Laying right in the aisle. There was no wet floor sign or any warning at all. I walked right into it, nearly slipped and fell. And got a bunch of glass shards stuck in my slipons. They almost went through and into my feet. I reported it to the cashiers up front. Who wouldn't even give me any acknowledgment or even any eye contact. Then finally somebody came to clean it up. They wouldn't even greet or apologize for the inconvenience. The acted as of though I wasn't even there. If my feet would have gotten cut. Or if I would have fallen. I would have this company taken to court so fast. Do a better job at training your worthless garbage employees. This is why more of us are going and doing our shopping online. More and more these days. Absolutely unbelievable. And unacceptable. I am 100% never going to this TJ Maxx after...

Avoid this TJMaxx!!! Employees look inconvenienced just to be there,no acknowledgement,very unpleasant experience,I saw something in jewelry case that I needed to buy as a gift,asked a person working in dressing room to get me someone to help(item was in the case) ,a teenage girl comes over, no greeting .. It was very nicely stocked and the place has more room for you to be able to walk around and not have to try to get through the lane. Racks were full of products and you have to come again to see what new items came in. We got a tea kettle which was marked from $15 to 9.99. I lifted up the markdown ticket and it was already marked down to 9.99 already from the Home Store!
