Lots of potential but missed the mark for me. I've only been once and I have to say the staff and prices are wonderful. Service was quick and polite. I had the large Tom Yum soup. I chose to add shrimp and thin rice noodles. I was also given the option to add my choice of 4 levels of spice, mild, medium, hot, and something like volcano. I chose medium because I like spicy food but I don't want to ruin my meal. The soup was way too spicy. I could only eat most of the noodles and shrimp. The broth had my eyes watering and nose running. The soup contained very little of the aforementioned noodles or shrimp. I had to swirl my spoon around to finally pin down where the noodles were hiding. I thought I was going to really like this place but I left disappointed and hungry.

(Original review 7/3/20) We ordered take out delivered via Door Dash. Three items were edible. The string beans had great flavor but were totally overdone and mushy. Fried rice was good. And the drunken noodles were fine. However, we ordered what they call Mang Gaeng Kew Warn Noodles, and they showed up bright green. Noodles and chicken were dyed bright green. Honestly the flavor of the sauce was good but the idea of eating all that food coloring made it feel inedible. I’m not sure why they would choose to dye their food this way? We were not able to eat that meal, and it was $12.50.

I should have fasted! The soup had no flavor overcooked mushy soft puffy noodles and the extra cost for the beef?...what beef? Brown specs floating around in greasy tasteless water. The Bangkok chicken was salty and thus needed to carry on its low quality tastes. This can't be the restaurant I've visited long ago. I'll stick with another location. I give both good and bad reviews. I thought twice about writing this one because the host was such a wonderful person but food is business. This was horrible and a waste because the garbage ate virtually all of it.

Had my first experience here today, and it will be my last. We were sat at a table next to wall slapped with various stains from previous diners, and with a dismissive tone were informed we'd have water momentarily. It was served promptly and she disappeared with a promise to return shortly Into the kitchen she went and we were treated to a conversation about how another employee was in the bathroom "pooping" (mind you we were on the opposite side from the kitchen entrance). Our order was taken and shortly after our crab rangoons arrived, large and nicely fried and with less filling than I have ever (not) seen in my life. OK, maybe the entree will be better. It arrived, I ordered pad Tai noodles with chicken and it was tasteless and a bit mushy. Literally it tasted "brown" the only word I could use to describe it. Even the broccoli was sapped of its natural flavor and was replaced with "brown". It was so hot I am convinced it was microwaved, and it tasted like it as well. The sauce was something from a can, no way fresh ingredients created.... THAT. Managed to stomach a few bites and called it good. Never once did our server return to ask on our meals, she became busy with her own trip to the bathroom. For about 10 mins the entire front of house was sans employees, in order to receive any attention I HAD TO CALL THEM while sitting in the restaurant Paid our overpriced bill and walked out and will never return. Bad food, bad service and not...

It used to be me and my wife's favorite little thai restaurant...until last night... We arrived and were seated... We sat with uniced glasses of water for 15 minutes before even being asked if we would like a drink. Then I watched people who were seated 25min AFTER ME get the same appetizer of crab Rangoon 10 minutes before us... And they came out WITH our meal.. And all the cream cheeses inside was cold. At this point we had been here over an hour and 15minutes. We asked for boxes for our dinner so we coyld box it and take it home meanwhile I watched two separate people waiting for take out the whole time we were there...over an hour for take out..after you called it in and then after you arrived for pick up and then still an hour...INSANE.. Needless to say he wasnt happy either..and all any of got after voicing our concerns was have great night.. No I'm sorry for the wait... No even 5% of my bill... I will never be returning there and that place was a monthly spot for us.. I have never had more TERRIBLE service in MY LIFE...!!! AND I KNOW SERVICE I HAVE BEEN A SERVER...
