Five Below — Attraction in Aiken County

Aside from this store always being a little chaotic & disorganized, I had placed an order online to be picked up the same day. Just 30 minutes later, my order was canceled with no explanation. So I went in there to see if I would find the 3 items I had in my order.. and i found all 3. I asked a cashier why they thought my order was canceled, she said they probably couldn't find it ? & I added in, " Or they just didn't really feel like doing it". In which thay person agreed. That's ludicrous. I found all 3 items and rather easily too. If this store can not handle pick up orders, this option should be removed from the store's database so that customers wont have any issues. Luckily I wasnt at work and was able to get what I needed when i could after seeing the email. More than likely, I won't be back just from that...

I placed an online order and went to pick it up.I came in and was not greeted.I stood at the counter and the associate looked at me and didn't greet me or asked if i needed help. I had to wait until another associate to come up to get help. She also ignored me. I had to literally get their attention. If you are going to offer online pick up and nobody is going to be at the counter, at least have it to where customers can grab their own orders. I enjoy the prices but I will never go back to this...

Absolutely hate this store and their lazy workers. I want to understand how you can come to a place that closes at 7 at 6:40 and they have the nerve to have the doors locked turning away several customers saying they are closed. I don’t know of any establishment that can lock the doors and turn away customers 20 minutes before close. Then y'all have the audacity to be rude. Won’t be spending my money here, all my toddler wanted was a damn bouncy ball but got turned away 20 minutes before...
