Use the airway.heights be store frequently.alwsys had great customer service until---recently called for extension on items due.they said no problem.came in on date agreed and 2 of my items out on the floor one in particular was one of my guitars.manager said he only agreed to one guitar when it should have.been all items-ok.this guitar was marked as is When I inspected.it.theneck was bowed and guitar was unplayable.guitar is 6 months old and purchased new.was not brought in that condition.they also threw away the case which had sentimental retro stickers all over.i redeemed.actualy.repurchased it.i asked them what they are going to due about damages and replacing the case They said nothing they could do.took guitar in to guitar center and had it reset to be playable 55$.said it was cold related.manager did nothing.said he couldn't help.this guitar was damaged by them.other property it came with thrown away. And nothing done to resolve damages.i will be seeking legal help.guitar was brand new only 200 new But was a gift.to me and it's the principal Here bad buisness.but they got they're money.contacting...
Read moreI went in to this location selling a couple ps4 controllers after my ps4 broke down. My son had a special controller that he got two Christmas’s ago that he wanted to sell because we got an Xbox one to replace the PS4. We went in there and the employee that was assisting us was Nate. My son started to get visibly sad when we handed his controller over and Nate was so kind and sweet to him. He told my son that he was about to go to Walmart and get an even better and more special controller. This cheered my son right up. After going to Walmart and getting my son’s controller he asked if we could go back and show Nate. We went back and Nate was busy wrapping a bundle up. However he immediately stopped and asked my son to show him the controller he got. He was so animated with his response to it that my son lit up. Read moreDO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY HIRE A BUNCH OF CROOKS! Literally purchased headphones that they perceived to work so well. Unfortunately after 3 days I came to find out they were actually defective. I thought since I purchased a warranty-protection plan that I would be covered for any defects but that was not the case. The receipt that the cashier granted me when I purchased the headphones and protection plan states, “ In order to be RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, a covered item must be in the same condition in which it was purchased and all accessories present at the time of the purchase must be present at the time of return or exchange. With that being said every item was present and in the same condition when purchased. They told me I had to receive my money back through a gift card. I politely asked the cashier and manager to show me on the receipt where it says I had to receive my money via gift card and was not subject to my cash back. Neither one of them could show me! Do...
