United States Postal Service — Local services in Airway Heights

Went to have 1 new passport created and 1 renewal passport done, both needing photos. The lady Cathy was super abrasive and not pleasant work with at all. They were behind but we stated we had no problems with that along with the other couple that had arrived at the same time as us. She was helpful when filling out the information. When it came time for photos, I was standing there waiting to have my photo taken and could obviously see she was focusing it, so I waited to smile or at least a “ okay on 3” something got absolutely nothing!!!! She took my photo and she looked at my husband to have him come over, I was like oh we are done? I didn’t even get the chance to smile. She looks at my photo and say’ “ you look fine”! I then said, I would have liked to smile since I will have this for a long time. She completely ignored me and moved on to my husband. My husband and I were both in shock of how rude and anti personnalable this lady was in the customer service industry. The guy that was there working was super energetic and very nice to all the customers there. I get people have there days, but seriously this was completely uncalled for. If I make an appointment and paying hundreds of dollars for a product it would have been since to at least be able to...

My husband went in to pick up a certified letter. He came back out, and said, the lady told me it wasn't there. So then I went in, told the lady at the counter (who wasn't wearing a name tag) my name, and that I was there to pick up a certified letter. She shrugged her shoulders and said, so? I'm sure the then shocked look on my face from her rudeness prompted her to say, what is your address? I told her, and she said, I already talked to your husband. It's not here. Then I told her that I had talked to the mailman through my house camera and he said it would be here. Magically, she walked right over to the slots on the wall and picked it right out like she knew exactly where it was. This old bat needs to retire...

They deliver mail to all my neighbors except my house. I went to then and requested to have my mail delivered to my mailbox by the street multiple times and they flat out refused. They said they don’t get paid to get out of the vehicle and take 3 steps to deliver my mail if I want mail I will have to remove my mailbox from my property and take it a block down the road and place it on the other side of the street if I want mail. The people before us never had a problem but as soon as we moved in we get no mail. They have returned hundreds of dollars of packages without even telling us they have them, nor should I forget the countless packages they have lost. The worst postal service I have...
