Completely incompetent. Especially the younger one. They had no idea what they were doing and kept sending me off for different things. Had to leave to get the bike appraised by a dealership, despite having the bill of sale and title all signed and filled out by previous owner With the price I bought it for. After that, got the younger clerk. She decided to disregard what the previous clerk had said, and insisted we have its weight documented. So I pulled up the specs for my bike on my phone, had the weight, weight capacity, etc, straight from the manufacturer. Apparently that was not good enough and now I'm supposed to go load up my bike, take it to a certified weigh station, get a print out of its weight, and go back. I'm sure these suburbanites dont realize how much actual WORK it is to do all that.
What I dont get is how these three sit Side By Side, and yet none of them seem to communicate. If the second clerk I dealt with had just consulted the first one, I probably could've been in and out after getting my bike appraised; and while inconvenient, I wouldve been fine with that. This really shouldnt be hard. Literally all that must be done is meet a few requirements and fill out some forms and pay a fee to get a bike registered, or most any vehicle. But due to a lack of knowledge of their own jobs, they have created this whole mess that I now have to deal with, while they sit in their office tapping at some keyboards. Just...
Read moreI went in to get my license plates for my new car. They told me to bring proof of address as it was still listed as an old address in Everett from when I had renewed my tabs online back in 2023. I brought in proof of address literally sent to me from the state of WA. The lady kept trying to not take it, she tried to tell me I would have to pay the cost for registering to my address from 2 years ago in Everett. Mind you I don’t get mail there anymore, it’s also like 2 times the cost to register in Everett as it’s higher taxes on top of them charging extra for the light rail out in Seattle. I made a fuss and she finally just registered it to my Spokane address. But after all of that she was extremely rude afterwards. Continually kept throwing my things back to me like my license and my plates and everything. Had a nasty look in her face the whole time. This was the lady who had dark and light hair dyed (alternative looking) and quite a few facial piercings. I have no problem with her personal style but I want to make sure whoever is her manager or owner of this place knows exactly who I am talking about because she seriously needs to has disciplinary action and coaching on how you treat customers. I have worked in customer service and sales for 16 years and I would have been written up for treating a...
Read moreTerrible service. Last time I went I had to wait over an hour for service and many, many people walked out. They do a lot of dealer transactions that can take well over an hour for each dealer and with only 3 windows maximum open at anytime you could end up waiting for a very very long time because it seems the dealer transactions are much more important to them. The lady who helped me didn't even look at me and just started ripping apart my documents before even knowing why I was there. It was at best robotic and at worst flagrant disregard for customers time or service. I could have been a fern and been treated better. A manager tried to make the bad employee experience better and she was nice but none of my companies will ever go back to them and I think quite frankly they could care less if we do or if anyone else...
