I LOVE this pharmacy! I’ve been going here for about 10 years and I seldom have any issues with my prescriptions, and the issues that I have had were always a miscommunication between my doctors and them. They always have my prescriptions ready super fast, and if I need to just walk in with a new med prescription it has only taken a maximum of 20 minutes (usually only 5-10, it depends on how many people are there ahead of me) before they have it ready. It’s conveniently located so that if you do every have to wait you can just walk around the store and pick up a few groceries that you need (we ALL forget a couple things when we go shopping for the main stuff, lol) or you can just use the restroom and/or grab a snack or coffee from the deli. The store usually has cool flowers and me house deco and what not so even if you don’t buy anything it’s entertaining to walk around and look at while you wait. The pharmacy even has a text notification that you can sign up for and they will send an automated message when your prescriptions are ready. I do highly recommend that you call first if your doctor sent a prescription in during your appointment and you go straight to the pharmacy afterwards, just to double check that your script went through. Depending on the doctor office and glitches in the computer systems the pharmacy sometimes can’t see that your doctor sent in a new script until you call and they physically open your account. This is not the pharmacies fault, all the clinics and pharmacies are ran on different systems and don’t always link up like they should. Plus there are times when my doctor “sent in a prescription” but they never actually clicked “send”, in which case you or the pharmacy can call or email your doctor. Since it’s a smaller pharmacy (in comparison to location and volume of patients) there are some prescriptions that have to be special ordered from their warehouse/medication source, and as long as the request is sent in by noon or 2:00 then it usually only takes one business day to get them since they have to be specially ordered. There are obvious exceptions to how long that takes as well, depending on rarity of your meds and whether they are available or stuck in the national shortage list. Main points: staff are amazing, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I would never go anywhere else unless I absolutely had to. 10/10...
Read moreHey what a great idea to use a pharmacy that's a little closer than one in Spokane, however the first time I called to check on my prescriptions they lied to me and said that they hadn't received them. Then when I called again the next day I told them I had talked to my doctor and she said she sent them in yesterday at 3:00 p.m.this time they said they did receive them they just hadn't gotten to them yet and they would call me when they were done. Both times I called whoever answers is completely rude like I'm wasting their time. I will be going in to pick up my prescriptions when they call, this rating will either go down or up depending on how they treat me in person. Right now it's at a three star because I'm irritated about their customer service and the lying, but grateful that I don't have to drive further to go get...
Read moreBefore now I have never had a bad experience. The lady I spoke with today however was very rude. She explained that my kiddos prescription is low stock and they only had 10 less than the prescription called for and maybe they could just give me the lessened prescription but when I asked if I could do that she said "Nope" and walked away from the window. I found her extremely rude and honestly dont want to go back. I called the doctor and switched pharmacies before I was even out of the store. I work in healthcare, no excuse to be short and rude...
