Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Alabaster

I’m not sure that I have ever had such horrid service before. I placed an order in the app 12/11/2020 as I was out that way and wanted to get something quick for dinner. When I went by the store about 20 minutes before the app’s posted closing time, I found the store to be closed already. I stood at the window to see if one of the workers would come to the door and a manager did. He explained that they closed early and my order should be auto refunded within 2-3 business days. If it wasn’t he said I should call the store to have it handled. I gave it until Wednesday and still hadn’t received a refund so I tried calling. And calling. And calling. Because I was not going to drive 20 minutes to them when it was their error. I knew I had an errand on that side of town on Friday so I decided if they wouldn’t answer I’d stop by at that time. I went in around 7 and the assistant manager, Sandy, didn’t even take the time to look at the app which showed my order was placed after they were closed per their new hours. As soon as I told her it was a week ago she refused to assist me. Her only solution was to call Little Caesars because she didn’t care or come back Monday when her District Manager was there. I felt this was unacceptable because it is clear from the app that my order was placed when they were closed and I was told to wait until about Wednesday and then call if I had a problem. She told me to leave and that she was not going to do anything for me. I could go to jail or I could leave. I left and I will return to speak to the District Manager. That will be my last visit to this pizza chain. Someone in customer service should NEVER incite an incident, much less be as rude as she was...

We went to Lil Caesars tonight to get a few things to eat while watching the Super Bowl. After waiting 15 minutes and having all sorts of people get their orders my husband asked about our order. The manager, a woman with blonde hair and a ponytail gave some off the wall excuse. When we asked again she inquired in the back and I am not sure what she learned but she threw a piece of paper at one of the people making pizza and gave us some bogus excuse. She eventually got our pizza and wings but no cheese sticks. Her first excuse was it's Super Bowl night to which my husband replied "And that caught you by surprise?" She admitted it did not. Then it was she has lots of employees. She refunded our money and we left with nothing. Whoever she is and whatever her excuse she and her staff suck. They are the worst we've ever encountered at Lil Caesars. We've lived in this area and purchased many pizzas and other items from this location. This is our last trip. We have a call into corporate and the regional district manager. The store manager was blaming everyone but herself yet she was the one passing out all the orders and she is the one who gave our pizza to someone else. It rest on her. Don't want to hear excuses. Everyone messes up yet this woman blamed everyone but herself and it was her who dropped the ball more than once. I hope Lil Caesars replaces her with someone far more competent. The last manager...

Walked in to order a hot and ready cheese pizza. No hot and ready. Place had about 8 people standing in line waiting for their order. One by one people were slowly called to pick up their order. This was after I had waited at least 10 minutes... I noticed the girl had three cheese pizza she stuck into the warmer... She continued to take orders and pass out orders. Someone else came in and ordered a cheese pizza. She said she had one left. I spoke up and said I'm waiting on a cheese pizza. She said I'm not selling yours you'll get yours "in order". I waited another 5 minutes... After she passed out food to the people that were there before me... She finally reached around to the warmer and took my one cheese pizza out and handed it to me. I said, "you mean I've been standing here an additional 5 to 10 minutes waiting on you to hand me my pizza when it's been sitting there all along?" Apparently she tries to pass out the food in the order the people come in instead of passing the food to them as it is up and ready. Worst little Caesar's I have been too. Will not go back. I noticed that the man who had come in and ordered a cheese pizza decided he no longer wanted one and walked out. Just as so many other people were doing. Poor management, only one girl making pizzas working herself to death... Won't go back. ..too many other pizza...
