Every time I’ve went here there’s a white man with dyed blonde hair security and manager. That only watches Black people by the door or while shopping. Every time it’s a white person he helps them and doesn’t watched them. I’ve passed this place up and willn’t order online. Drove to Ross or Marshals and have spent close to 10,000 this past year. I’ll never spend my money at place that clearly discriminates and I’ve videoed every time he has done this to me. 2023 Ross and Marshall’s will get my next 10,000. I find the employees treat me differently by race. There are plenty of times I’ve walked into the store, a white couple in front of me will be greeted and the store workers would completely ignore me There have been many of times, I’ve been looking for an item, gone to ask an employee for help and they’ve acted like they didn’t want to be bothered. Also I went in today to ask about a price difference between 2 similar items on my ticket. I wasn't asking for a refund. I simply wanted to know why one was $5 more than the other. I DIDN'T bring the items in WITH me because I WASN'T AWARE that they don't have the ability to scan the receipt and look at the item on their computer (which is very inconvenient). I was told I NEEDED to bring the items in so they could explain to me. I asked why we can't just go look at the ones on the shelf and they basically said because they have no way of knowing that's what I bought 😑 The items don't even ring up with the SKU number so I'm not even sure how they know what they're looking at?!
