I called the office and an angel answered — his name was Michael. His voice was so soothing and calm, he explained every detail like a lullaby for my anxiety. I instantly felt safe and ready for adventure. The next day I arrived, and behind the desk was Declan. A true mountain man. He looked like someone who had seen things no mortal should see. He was missing a hand — was it eaten by a bear? Did he save a kitten from a fire? The mystery remains, but he checked us in like a legend and sent us on our way. Then she appeared. Our guide. Momo. I swear she must have stepped straight out of a fairy kingdom — wise, kind, and radiant. The Queen of the Seas! She helped us get ready, and then our chariot arrived: a van driven by Jackson. This man and machine were one. He didn’t drive; he glided. Smooth. Swift. Effortless. In the van was another guide, Blain. At first I thought he was a comedian undercover. He cracked jokes, sang us a beautiful song, and had the whole van laughing like we were on a road trip to paradise. On the water, Momo led us like dancers moving in perfect unison across the ocean. It was pure magic. Afterward, Jackson, Momo, and Blain casually showed off their six-packs (of muscles, not beer) while carrying all the kayaks like demigods. Then they chauffeured us back to the office. At the desk was someone new: Lozane, a curly-haired wonder who also paints jaw-dropping murals around town. Honestly, how is everyone here so talented?! As I left, I was greeted by a giant fluffy being named Lincoln. Turns out he’s named after the right President. His owner, Kelly, radiated outdoorsy inspiration — the kind of person who makes you want to climb a mountain immediately. I can’t believe every single person here was cool, beautiful, talented, and kind. By the end, I didn’t just want to book another kayak tour — I wanted to join the team. Since that dream may not come true, at least I got a taste of the Alaskan outdoors with this...

ABOVE AND BEYOND!

Adventure 60 North came highly recommended to us, and they absolutely lived up to their reputation. They were the only company we found offering the specific combination trip we were looking for (which speaks to their innovative approach to Alaska adventure tourism).

Our experience working with their team, particularly Deklan, was outstanding. Deklan was—hands down —the most patient, professional, and genuinely positive person we encountered during our entire Alaska trip. We put this man through an absolutely ridiculous amount of back-and-forth communications, schedule changes, and complex logistical requirements, and he handled every single interaction with grace, enthusiasm, and his signature "Living the dream!" attitude — and you could tell he truly meant it. His dedication to customer service, even when dealing with complex challenges completely beyond his control (due to the nature of our trip), was remarkable.

Beyond their excellent customer service, what really impressed us about Adventure 60 North is their deep commitment to their community. They provide adaptive paddle gear and training, organize multi-day trips for the Kenai Peninsula Independent Living Center, and support organizations like the Wounded Warrior Program and Make-A-Wish. Their dedication to Leave No Trace wilderness ethics shows they care about preserving Alaska's incredible environment for future generations.

Adventure 60 North offers a broad range of unique adventure experiences you won't find elsewhere, backed by a team that truly cares about both their customers and their community. They should be your first choice for adventure tourism in the...

Our kayak tour with Adventure Sixty North in Seward, Alaska, was nothing short of incredible! From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. We chose the Tonsina Point Beach tour and were blown away by the stunning views of glaciers, pristine waters, and abundant wildlife—including sea otters, eagle, and even a curious harbor seal!

Our guide was fantastic—friendly, safety-conscious, and full of interesting facts about the area’s ecology and history. The pace of the tour was perfect for all experience levels, and the equipment provided was top-notch. We felt well-prepared and taken care of throughout the entire adventure.

If you’re looking for a unique and immersive way to experience Alaska’s natural beauty, I highly recommend booking with Adventure Sixty North. It was one of the highlights of our trip and a memory we’ll...

We contacted Adventure Sixty North from the Seward Cruise Ship Terminal after we disembarked our ship. A60N were very helpful and accommodating as we tried to work out what to do in Seward for the day amongst the six of us. We settled on a shuttle Trip to the Exit Glacier visitor center and trail head. The shuttle arrived on time with a friendly driver. She returned in 2.5 hours to pick us up after our hike - plenty of time to get up to the glacier viewing spot. She dropped us off in town near the Sea Life Center and gave us a great lunch spot recommendation. The vans taking the 6 of us to/from the visitor center in the Park were well used, but we made it. We will definitely check out other trips offered by A60N whenever we return to Seward.

My son and I just did this Epic kayaking trip to Aialic Glacier in Kenai Fjords National Park. Everything from the transportation to sightseeing and kayaking was an incredible experience. Kelli of Adventure 60 North made it super fun and informative. We saw all kinds of wildlife, eagles, gulls seals and even whales hunting and breaching. And the glacier was calving in a spectacular way. Experiencing it up close from a kayak so close to the water is really the best way to experience it. And the boat to get there was super sick, all custom stainless steel with comfortable seating in and out. Jamie and Garret were awesome captains. Highly recommend this adventure and crew.
