Update from August 2024 visit: Unfortunately the day I have been dreading is here. My kids ages 10 and 13 no longer want to go to Kids 'N' Stuff. The deal breaker is the suction tunnel wall that used to suck up lightweight scarves and make them go through the tunnels. This was a fantastic, large and interactive exhibit. The wall tunnel exhibit is not longer there so we'll not be returning. Such a disappointment. The replacement exhibits are not nearly as fun. The angle for the ball into clouds is not steep enough so the balls aren't able to make it inside the clouds. The other two exhibits are sit down and pedal things. These types of things exclude so many people with different abilities. In a wheelchair? Poor lower body strength? A preschool age guest whose legs are not quite long enough to reach? Sorry these are not for you. I'm honestly shocked about the change because it excludes so many. I've included new pictures and videos to showcase the changes.
Original review for February 2024 visit: My kids are 12 and 9 and still have fun at this museum! We live over an hour away and normally make the trip twice a year. It's worth it to me. The museum has plenty of free parking, reasonable admission prices, a convenient place to hang coats and leave water bottles, is very clean, numerous bathrooms and consistently updating/changing exhibits. Unfortunately, during this visit, the favorite exhibit was closed/broken. The wall of connected suction tubes is the best but hopefully it will be fixed soon. There's a couple of water exhibits so if you have young kids, you might want to bring extra clothes. I have nothing negative to say at all. Lovely, lovely...

Rainy day? Searching for something fun to do with small children near Battle Creek, MI?
We spent the morning at Kids ’N’ Stuff Children’s Museum in downtown Albion with our 3- and 4-year-olds, and it was epic! They spent hours playing, learning, imagining, and entertaining themselves (and everyone else 🤣) with zero signs of boredom or burnout.
Every corner of the museum sparked something new—pretend play in the grocery store, vet clinic, and fire station (complete with 🚒 and pole!); splashing at the water table; building a life size log cabin; dressing up on stage… it was so fun!

Read moreAnother awesome find by Grandma! Downtown Albion, MI of all places, I wish there were more places like this for kids and families in small towns. This kids "play" museum was super awesome. We went on the free day (it's only $6.50 on regular days) and the kids had a blast for the 3 plus hours we were there (they didn't want to leave). I didn't get any pictures because we were all having so much fun. We have something similar here in California which is cool (and twice as expensive) but I was SUPER impressed with all the fun and interesting activities for the kids. I think "museum" sort of throws you off, it's more like a pretend-play-explore extravaganza. Just when I thought we checked everything out, we'd find more and then more! Add to all of that, it's easy on the parents in my opinion. You can either just watch your kids while they entertain themselves or join in! We drove about 35 minutes to get there and it was...
