My shopping experience here has been excellent. All of my kitchen appliances needed to be replaced. It was nerve racking spending so much (especially with everything being more expensive) but I felt like I was given good deals and Jason Wolfel was an awesome sales person. I tried to research different brands to be certain I was getting the best appliances for the money. Jason was very helpful. This was during their Labor Day sales and he saved me a lot of $$$ wherever he could. I also purchased a new mattress and foundation. I'm really looking forward to receiving it since my bed has become too soft and not enough support. I have fibromyalgia and stenosis of my entire back. A decent mattress is a must for me. Yes I have sticker shock! Jason helped me save money and worries. The entire staff at Baillio's are very friendly and they're knowledgeable. I would choose them over most other businesses that have a brick and mortar shop in town. I can't speak about the delivery process or installation of appliances just yet. I will try to update after it's all done. I recommend Baillio's to anyone needing their services. At least check them out. đđđđ Update My experience with the deliveries and installations of appliances I purchased from Baillio's has been less than stellar. I am a single senior female that needed extra help with measuring and cleanup. At 1st I received a smashed dishwasher, a refrigerator freezer that didn't fit in the space needed, and a washer dryer that also did not fit the space. All of this could have been prevented if they had a service designed to help people like myself. I'm also disabled and the stress from this was very intense. I look pretty normal on the outside. I live with several autoimmune diseases that cause a great deal of pain. Expressing my situation is never enough. Most people don't understand. While my shopping experience with Jason was very good it lacked attention to details. I'm working with limited space and having someone come over to measure and make certain of the fit would have saved me time, money, and all the unnecessary stress. They are trying to rectify these issues for me. I have a received a different refrigerator freezer (that I like), a new dishwasher (finally), and gas range, and a new microwave. The delivery guys have been very good but I wish they had more time to show me how to use the appliance. I have problems with reading and comprehension due to my conditions. Bottom line is that they're trying to accommodate me but all of it could've been avoided by having someone come over to measure and make sure that the appliance will work out. They keep saying that they don't do that. They don't have the "manpower". I have repeatedly told them that this is a service to their customers who need it. It would have saved everyone time and money. It's definitely been an inconvenience for me. I'm still waiting for a better option to the washer dryer since the one I ordered doesn't fit the space. I'm trying to be patient but it's been more than inconvenient. I bought all new appliances from Baillio's. Over $10,000 worth of appliances. Customer service should be a top priority in MHO. I'd still recommend them with a word of caution about delivery and installation. đ Update đ I ended up with an all in one washer dryer. The delivery went smoothly and the delivery guys were great đđź This time was a winner! Arrived on time and they were very accommodating. I have had great experiences with the delivery guys! They set it up and showed me how to use it. Pretty much like the one I'm replacing. I will still recommend Baillio's.    Read moreI originally purchased a Speed Queen front load set (with pedestals) in white. The original washer: the keypad/touchpad panel across the front had a huge bubble in it, impacting the look and feel of the design. The pedestal would not fit it correctly. The washer became dented in the install process, front and back. This was not okay. I requested a replacement washer (already in stock) to be delivered. The second washer: It did arrive (same day), blemish free, however the pedestal would not fit it correctly. I was told the install would continue, a new pedestal ordered and when it arrived, they would be back to install that pedestal. This was okay for the short term. The original dryer: The pedestal did fit it correctly, the installation took place, however it became dented in the install process. I was told they would order a replacement door. This was okay for the short term.
The installation crew turned everything on - said alright, you're good to go until your new pedestal and replacement panels arrive - not an exact quote, but for the sake of the review, close enough. They were getting ready to leave and the washer was spewing water out and started to puddle in my home. We ran back out to catch the crew - they came back in and said until we can get replacement panels and such for the first washer, best we can do is swap the second washer out for the first washer so you will at least have a functioning set.
Meanwhile, having spent a hefty sum of money I am looking to Baillio's for support - such as confirmation new panels, new washer, etc. was ordered, dates of expected shipment, delivery, etc. The frustrating part here is nobody is readily available. Everyone you ask for is always, guaranteed, to be in a meeting. This took several attempts both in person and on the phone to make progress against this brick wall.
After making prior requests to a swap from white to stainless steel were denied, it finally came to fruition that Baillio's would agree to swap to stainless steel with an upcharge. Since COVID-19 is impacting everyone from manufacturer to freight to retailer - I agreed to pay an upcharge to get an in-stock set instead of waiting an unknown amount of time (the above reasons)...
Delivery of the stainless steel set was today. Finally - a blemish-free unit, pedestals and an install crew that was quite tenured, knowledgeable and very much noticeable, patient. As of the moment of updating this review, there are no further questions and this appears to have been resolved. Kudo's to this delivery/install crew.
To Baillio's: take ownership right away, without delays...be available to your customers. If something doesn't go right, it shouldn't be such a fight to get an issue resolved and the onus shouldn't be one-sided on the consumer.
