Purchased this couch for $3000 in March. We purchased the warranty approx $250. In July, the couch collapsed on me when I tried sitting down. The wood is split behind the couch and after numerous attempts to get it repaired, we continue to get the runaround. We have had appointment after appointment get rescheduled for incoherent reasons. I've tried to reach AHM's supervisor Cassandra but she has never made the attempt to contact me. I've spoken to Brian from Baillios who assured me he was going to find out what can be done and give me a phone call back the next day. That was supposed to be Tuesday. My repair was supposed to be done today. No communication and no resolution for going on 3 months. Either replace my couch or give me a refund for this and the other matching couch we purchased! We currently have this couch pushed against the wall as to not completely break the entire back off the other side as well. Both sides of this couch cannot be reclined. I am part of a family of 4. We have only been able to use a 3 seater and beanbags. This couch is UNUSABLE!

We purchased a Fridgidaire Gallery French door/bottom freezer refrigerator. The sales staff were helpful and knowledgeable. We were told 2-3 weeks for delivery. A few days later the sales person called saying our fridge was here. Delivery was set. When they showed up the appliance was damaged. We returned it and were told another 2-3 weeks for delivery. 7/29/25 the appliance was delivered and set up (sort of). The delivery persons were friendly. However they did not level the appliance. Next morning I noticed the freezer drawer would not seal at the top. I leveled the appliance per the manual and you tube videos. The freezer still does not seal. I notified our sales person who called their serve center. Now I have to wait another week for a serve tech. I can’t empty the old unit because of problems with this new one. We are discouraged over this new fridge. Maybe it will get fixed. Thinking of returning it for a refund. Shouldn’t have these problems with new expensive appliances.

This same issue happened with that new one and have now had 2 technicians out who still haven’t fixed the issue and some how still waiting on a third part so a 3rd tech has to come out. It’s been almost a month and the part still isn’t in and my washer isn’t fixed, I called to discuss this with a manager in which Shayla said she was on a call and I requested a call back from management and days later still haven’t heard back from anyone. Very disappointed, this company doesn’t take concerns and peoples money into consideration. Don’t buy here.

My shopping experience here has been excellent. All of my kitchen appliances needed to be replaced. It was nerve racking spending so much (especially with everything being more expensive) but I felt like I was given good deals and Jason Wolfel was an awesome sales person. I tried to research different brands to be certain I was getting the best appliances for the money. Jason was very helpful. This was during their Labor Day sales and he saved me a lot of $$$ wherever he could. I also purchased a new mattress and foundation. I'm really looking forward to receiving it since my bed has become too soft and not enough support. I have fibromyalgia and stenosis of my entire back. A decent mattress is a must for me. Yes I have sticker shock! Jason helped me save money and worries. The entire staff at Baillio's are very friendly and they're knowledgeable. I would choose them over most other businesses that have a brick and mortar shop in town. I can't speak about the delivery process or installation of appliances just yet. I will try to update after it's all done. I recommend Baillio's to anyone needing their services. At least check them out. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Update My experience with the deliveries and installations of appliances I purchased from Baillio's has been less than stellar. I am a single senior female that needed extra help with measuring and cleanup. At 1st I received a smashed dishwasher, a refrigerator freezer that didn't fit in the space needed, and a washer dryer that also did not fit the space. All of this could have been prevented if they had a service designed to help people like myself. I'm also disabled and the stress from this was very intense. I look pretty normal on the outside. I live with several autoimmune diseases that cause a great deal of pain. Expressing my situation is never enough. Most people don't understand. While my shopping experience with Jason was very good it lacked attention to details. I'm working with limited space and having someone come over to measure and make certain of the fit would have saved me time, money, and all the unnecessary stress. They are trying to rectify these issues for me. I have a received a different refrigerator freezer (that I like), a new dishwasher (finally), and gas range, and a new microwave. The delivery guys have been very good but I wish they had more time to show me how to use the appliance. I have problems with reading and comprehension due to my conditions. Bottom line is that they're trying to accommodate me but all of it could've been avoided by having someone come over to measure and make sure that the appliance will work out. They keep saying that they don't do that. They don't have the "manpower". I have repeatedly told them that this is a service to their customers who need it. It would have saved everyone time and money. It's definitely been an inconvenience for me. I'm still waiting for a better option to the washer dryer since the one I ordered doesn't fit the space. I'm trying to be patient but it's been more than inconvenient. I bought all new appliances from Baillio's. Over $10,000 worth of appliances. Customer service should be a top priority in MHO. I'd still recommend them with a word of caution about delivery and installation. 🌟 Update 🌟 I ended up with an all in one washer dryer. The delivery went smoothly and the delivery guys were great 👍🏼 This time was a winner! Arrived on time and they were very accommodating. I have had great experiences with the delivery guys! They set it up and showed me how to use it. Pretty much like the one I'm replacing. I will still recommend Baillio's. Deliveries have been a pain in the behind but bottom line I'd still recommend Baillio's 😁. I'm crossing my fingers that these last many, many years! Thanks...

I originally purchased a Speed Queen front load set (with pedestals) in white. The original washer: the keypad/touchpad panel across the front had a huge bubble in it, impacting the look and feel of the design. The pedestal would not fit it correctly. The washer became dented in the install process, front and back. This was not okay. I requested a replacement washer (already in stock) to be delivered. The second washer: It did arrive (same day), blemish free, however the pedestal would not fit it correctly. I was told the install would continue, a new pedestal ordered and when it arrived, they would be back to install that pedestal. This was okay for the short term. The original dryer: The pedestal did fit it correctly, the installation took place, however it became dented in the install process. I was told they would order a replacement door. This was okay for the short term.

The installation crew turned everything on - said alright, you're good to go until your new pedestal and replacement panels arrive - not an exact quote, but for the sake of the review, close enough. They were getting ready to leave and the washer was spewing water out and started to puddle in my home. We ran back out to catch the crew - they came back in and said until we can get replacement panels and such for the first washer, best we can do is swap the second washer out for the first washer so you will at least have a functioning set.

Meanwhile, having spent a hefty sum of money I am looking to Baillio's for support - such as confirmation new panels, new washer, etc. was ordered, dates of expected shipment, delivery, etc. The frustrating part here is nobody is readily available. Everyone you ask for is always, guaranteed, to be in a meeting. This took several attempts both in person and on the phone to make progress against this brick wall.

After making prior requests to a swap from white to stainless steel were denied, it finally came to fruition that Baillio's would agree to swap to stainless steel with an upcharge. Since COVID-19 is impacting everyone from manufacturer to freight to retailer - I agreed to pay an upcharge to get an in-stock set instead of waiting an unknown amount of time (the above reasons)...

Delivery of the stainless steel set was today. Finally - a blemish-free unit, pedestals and an install crew that was quite tenured, knowledgeable and very much noticeable, patient. As of the moment of updating this review, there are no further questions and this appears to have been resolved. Kudo's to this delivery/install crew.

To Baillio's: take ownership right away, without delays...be available to your customers. If something doesn't go right, it shouldn't be such a fight to get an issue resolved and the onus shouldn't be one-sided on the consumer. After visiting every appliance store in Albuquerque, including Lowes and Home Depot, our last stop was Baillio’s where we met Anthony Marquez. Anthony made my full kitchen appliance update dream come true. After Anthony showed me the newest and best LG Refrigerator/Freezer, explained its newest upgrades and the best price I could purchase it at, I knew Anthony was my salesperson to help me with finding the right and best appliances for my kitchen appliance upgrades.

I wanted the best appliances of my choice, at the best prices; and over the past month sitting down with Anthony, he has put together my dream kitchen of appliances at “my-budget” prices. Anthony kept me informed of new models and new prices as he received them and passed them onto me. Anthony put together savings packages and got me the best prices for my new double ovens, warmer drawer, gas stove top, vent hood, dishwasher, Refrigerator/Freezer and microwave.

I highly recommend asking for Anthony when you walk into Baillio’s. Anthony is not only honest, reliable and great to work with; he is professional as well as personable, a fantastic salesperson and new friend. As Anthony and I are wrapping up my “new kitchen of appliances”, he is continuing to make sure my appliance purchase is complete and meets my delivery and installation deadline.

Baillio’s has become our first stop for appliances, furniture and electronics. Baillio’s provides quality products, affordable prices, quality service and has an excellent staff of people to help with all your home appliance, furniture and electronics needs. My husband and I look forward to working with Baillio’s and Anthony as our home furnishings shopping needs arise.
