Club Pilates — Attraction in Albuquerque

The instructors are amazing but customer service is not. See below how they respond for proof. I left to mexico to help my grandmother! I'm back in the states as of yesterday due to my daughters being sick and this is what I also have to deal with on top of it. Thank you for proving my point. Contract over the person. They would rather have you pay a WHOLE month you can't go and pause the month you can go. Then ignore you. I have paid so many $15 and $20 fees when I canceled a class to late or missed over my kids or illness.

Edit: yes they message you about payment missing but ignore your messages asking, don't answer the phone and won't email you back. I'm not the only review to say this. You ignored the issue I had going on on why I couldn't attend this month and then just charged me. The form to pause for the up coming month was a link to some website, there was no form. So please spare me the "i contacted you" dates as they were ONLY to charge me but please list all the dates you replied to me or returned a phone call or email. The BBB review will be done too. I started with a free intro class back in November, and immediately joined. The classes at Club Pilates have transformed my health and fitness journey. I’ve lost 35 pounds and have gained incredible core strength. I love being able to see and feel the changes in my body, and how every class introduces a new challenge. The instructor’s are knowledgeable, accommodating to modifications when needed, and always considering everyone’s safety. The manager May is kind and encouraging, and incredibly organized. Horrible Membership Plan Very Few Classes!

The membership is a disappointment. They have VERY Few classes and penalize you if you have to cancel! They require a minimum 3 month membership then when yu realize it's not possible to get into the classes you lose what you paid for as they burn off your membership even if they don't have classes you can attend...to add insult to injury they require a 30 day notice to terminate your membership or it automatically renews! Of course they will not let you cancel before the 3 month minimum expires so it is up to you to manage for them, ugh! Not a...
