I love this diverse and welcoming congregation. The minister here presents the services in an intellectual and practical framework that stimulates thought and conversation. Very engaging. There are a lot of activities apart from the services that are fun and interesting for spiritual growth and comraderie. The social justice movement of the church allows opportunutities to engage in service to the community. There is a food bank for local families in the vicinity, no-cost English language and citizenship courses for immigrants. Various local charities receive contributions from the congregation monthly. Read moreMy experience here was just okay. I think my expectations were too high. Although I experienced friendliness, sanctity, and uplift, the whole experience was just one note. I visited 4 times and wish there was a reason to go back. Perhaps, in my humble opinion, if there was more racial diversity in the pews the place would feel more inclusive. Same goes for the seemingly lack of economic diversity of the congregation.

The competitive feeling in the parking lot as a result wasn't welcoming for me & didn't seem to fit with my experiences growing up in the UU church elsewhere, so I left.
