Been coming to this place my entire adult life. John Budagher III and his firm has helped my family and our business with estate planning, tax legal questions, advice as a landlord, and a ton of other one-offs.

I love that this is a family business with a mid-career attorney at the center, so no chance they bail for greener pastures or bigger cases, etc. This is one of the firms in town willing and comfortable to exercise every aspect of our legal system. They’re willing to go the distance if your case is warranted (as we have), or negotiate on your behalf if that’s what makes sense (done that too).

My sister and I had a phone consultation with associate Gui Tann, who showed himself to be wonderfully knowledgeable about Probate matters. Our mother had passed away and we were inside the Probate maze when it came to dividing the assets versus holding reserves back for mortgage and taxes. He helped focus our family on completing our Probate with far less confusion. And Gui also answered questions that seemed flustered and unrelated, that turned out to be reasonable concerns that impacted the estate.
