Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru.... they started giving food to the people behind me. When the drive-thru worker came back towards the door I asked how much longer for my order he stated 5 minutes. I gave him my name and told him I would be back. I had to get my grandson from school. When I returned I went into the restaurant with my receipt... waited another 10 minutes. When it was my turn I told the young lady at the counter I was there to pick up my order. I told her I was in drive-thru and I couldn't wait. She gave me an attitude and asked me did I tell someone. I replied yes I just said I was in drive-thru gave hom my name and told him O would be back. She replied yeah but did you tell someone. I raised my coice and said yes the guy at the drive-thru window. She then said you don't have to give me no damn attitude! I said excuse me who the F$@% are you talking to? She thru the fry scoop and said you can get a damn redund because I'm not helping you.... then proceeded to walk away. I asked for the food that I paid for...... then all of the sudden the kid running the drive-thru window said something to the person cooking and they both went to the fry machine finished my fries gave me my bag and I left. Never once did the two apologize for the bad choices the front counter person made. I called the customer service number and...

Efficient fast food restaurant. Options for outdoor seating or indoor seating. Enough seating to handle of the crowd even on its busiest day when the annual anniversary sale sale is going on and chili dogs were only $0.59 during the sale. Friendly staff. And plenty of staff to handle the large crowd. No customers waiting in line to order food in the lobby at the counter. Cashier was friendly and efficient and not pushy. Plenty of free parking in landscaped and paved parking lot for all customers, even on a busy day during a discount sales promotion day at dinner time. Clean. Well-stocked for plastic cutlery and mustard and ketchup and napkins by tables in the lobby. Food prepared quickly and in an orderly fashion. Affordable food. The chili dog was hot and tasted good. Fun place to eat. Lobby windows and drive-thru Lane have view of Sandia Mountains. Easy access from driveways on either Candelaria Road or Carlisle Boulevard Northeast. Also easy access by city bus on Montgomery route number 5 which runs 7 days a week multiple times an hour. Went in to collect my birthday corn dog, just after lunch hour ended. Very little traffic at this time. I presented my coupon via my phone and I got my receipt and stepped back... After what seemed 15 minutes I was wandering if I had been forotten FINALLY my ONE com dog was rescued from the deep fryer and put on the rack to be bagged. Having to tear self away from leaning on the door jam in the kitchen the cashier wrapped the dog and put it in a bag and I stepped up and took it, then asked for some mustard packets and a napkin. She rolled her eyes and with a condescending sigh, put ONE of each in the bag. Let me say that the corn dog was as it should be. I am good with the food, but I don't understand how it took so long. Can't mess up a frozen, pre-made item in the preheated and timer set Fryer, open bag, drop in oil push button and await the Buzzer. Perfect every time. It's getting the PROCESS STARTED that seems to be the snagg.. Oh well,...
