I had a Phone Consultation with Lindsay at 1:30 on October 18, 2022 at 1:33 the cal was terminated. Within 3 minuets, the amount of disrespect she showed was disgusting - I ended the phone call due to her RUDENESS. She interrupted MULTIPLE times and she went as far as raising her voice and telling me "Don't call them 'The Standard' call them the insurer or employer" which they were neither. She did NOT let me explain my situation AT ALL. If I could give this Discourteous, Disrespectful, ill-bred, ill-mannered, impolite, inconsiderate, thoughtless, INCOMPETENT and lousy excuse for a human being a ZERO STAR rating I WOULD!!

I find it extremely comical that there is a PLETHORA of positive feedback for Decker. However, the minimal, less than 10 reviews, for Griffel are by - - a different "DEMOGRAPHIC", for lack of a better word, than I am.
