Edit review: I got a call a couple days after my visit from the site manager. I told him about my visit and he asked to make it right by bringing my vehicle back at my convience to redo the interior and wowza, the guys did an excellent job! Seats were like new again, even the seat belt straps were clean! No streaks on the windows, carpets were very clean, didn't find dirt or crumbs anywhere! Overall, I'm so glad they took the time to call me back and take care of me, thank you so much!!!
I got the car interior detail package ($165) and seats were fairly clean, they vacuumed okay, I didn't check in between the seats by reclining them til I got home and there was still crumbs in there. It looked good at first, but attention to detail while driving home, i saw more and more I wasn't happy with. The interior on the doors and gear area in the middle was still dirty and had old splash marks. They didn't wipe dash all the way in the front corners and the windows weren't completely clean, the corners and around edges still had smudges. It's a lot of money to pay for what you want or expect. However, the staff were extremely polite and the guy who cleaned my car was an older gentleman and I felt bad about having him re touch up a few areas (the windows), so I didn't ask too much of him. Overall, I wasn't very happy or satisfied with the detail its supposed to be and I'm not sure I'd ever get the interior package ever again, it's way over priced and for car scents, they just gave me some small packets to throw...

I took a "new for me" car for a much needed detail. Everyone there was friendly and helpful, and I left my car to go to work. Three hours later I picked up the car, and the difference was amazing - they revealed the pretty car under all the grime! I noticed a few missed spots, which they cleaned while I waited, and I went back to work.
Even though the service is called "detailing" a few details were missed that I didn't catch at the time. Evidently you must specifically ask for them to vacuum the trunk and wipe the visors and overhead buttons. And the steering wheel. That was not cleaned, nor the rear window. I would have thought. . .
Also, the CD is missing from the player, and the radio no longer works. Nothing can be done about those. The kid denies, the manager says "they all wear headphones, why would they steal a CD?" I'm hoping the radio is a button pushed while wiping the console and I just have to find the right button. The kid had the audacity to say I should have tipped him, not the whole crew.
Be specific, and thoroughly inspect on the spot, and you should have a good experience. And don't leave anything in your car that you want...
Read moreThis was a very poor experience despite all my efforts to make sure I would not be disappointed by this car wash, but I was, completely. I called and was told it would take 15 minutes for the service I wanted. I was there over an hour largely because they forgot about my vehicle, left it with the door open, for over 20 minutes, while I was sitting right outside while everyone else was getting asked about is this your car is that your car. No one ever asked me once is that your car. Then no apology for waiting all that time for no reason. Then the interior has fingerprints on it from the detailer, has spots from the spray they used, and the floor mats were not even cleaned! I paid $45 and waited over 1 hour, most of it in the sun, for a vehicle with fingerprints right on the back seat, spray spots, and puddles of who knows what chemical in the cup holders. I repeat, I paid $45 for this experience. No apology, no nothing. I do not recommend this Mister Car Wash for anyone that values how they spend their money and values being treated with actual customer service when paying for a...
