Came here to be around people and I was not disappointed. This is a free and open space to do art with your neighbors and like minded people. The center has all of the supplies you need, from paper for drawing to sewing machines. They offer workshops in various skills and even sell your art as well. All you have to do is sign in and your good. Just make sure your doing art while your there. That's one of their rules. Great place to socialize and do something creative and best of all it's all Free!

One of the coolest concepts around. Learn art, play and make whatever your heart desires. Very talented people, super nice and helpful staff. Please donate supplies every chance u get. The place relies on donations and puts them to great use. This is an awesome resource to better our community and keep our kids off of the streets. Support this place at all costs. They are fantastic!

I really like to come here and work on art. I've meet some really nice people. I could ask questions on how to improve my art. I've been working with acrylics. It's my favorite medium to use. They have events and art showings once a month. You have the option to sell your art. Below are some of my projects.

Off-center is a nice spot, it has a very welcoming vibe and its free (donations encouraged as they are non profit). They have awesome weekly classes. My only qualm...I have taken pieces of my art to sell in their "gallery". Upon going to check on my pieces, I found they were not in the gallery but had been shoved in a closet called the "vault". However, they were super helpful about taking the pieces out and hanging them on the wall, but they didn't have any explanation of how they got into the vault in the first place. They are going through a lot of changes right now, and are working on building a more streamlined process. Most of the people here are volunteers, and volunteering your time is encouraged and...

I am grateful for the supportive community at this space, where resources are freely available for artists. The individuals who dedicate their time to teaching classes, sourcing materials, and more are the backbone of this community. I have found a welcoming environment where I can freely express myself and collaborate with others. The variety of mediums, from painting to jewelry making, has allowed me to explore and enhance my artistic skills. The classes offered have provided guidance and connected me with like-minded artists. I highly recommend this space to anyone looking to nurture their creativity in a supportive and inclusive community. Thank you to all those who make this space possible for artists...

Off Center takes a no nonsense approach to providing a great atmosphere conducive to creating art. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and focused more on techniques to help the artist achieve their goal. In the true nature of the artist, the staff doesn't alter the subject matter; however from one artist to another, I suggest one have the logic to explain their work. Exhibits are monthly here and the opportunity to sublet one's income is a possibility. The end results are solely dictated by the artist's work, logic and behavior. Off Center is truly the...
