I paid 100$ for a perm yesterday, my hair didn't take well because it is "damaged" well as a "professional" hair salon they should have informed me prior to having me sit in a chair for 3hr and waste time and money for it to be more damaged, I contacted Saigon and initially it seemed as though the salon was willing to compensate and make a disappointed customer happy. I was informed to return to the salon and they'd redo my hair, of course I was not interested in causing further damage to my hair, I asked for nail job instead of more hair problems, I was sat down for a 40$ nail job, informing the employee why I was even there (compensation for my hair) he completes the nails and directs me for pedicure, the guy said they'll do feet to match my nails, I specifically stated "ok whatever you guys are going to do for me cuz (again) Im only here for my hair job frm yesterday." they sit me done and do a 40$ pedi, I was happy at this point, under the impression they were taking care of the issue. When all was done I went to front explained to them it all should be free cuz my 100 was wasted on hair yesterday, they said I have to pay for the pedi. I was informed to speak with manager, where she argued with me in middle of salon, saying she offered only nail set. - It was a miscommunication problem on her employees end, he should of never offered more service free, he should of verified with his boss. IDK how they do it in Vietnam but the employee should of been "discipline/ punished" for the misunderstanding NOT the customer. She took it out on me saying I needed to call someone to bring me money (I had money in the car), saying I even got an "expensive" pedi, AGAIN I was sitting there telling everyone "ITS WHATEVER YOU ALL ARE GOING TO DO FOR ME, IM NOT PAYING, ITS COMP FOR MY HAIR" - after arguing with MANAGER, in front of other customers, I reluctantly paid for the pedi which I was manipulated in to getting. I went to correct a 100$ issue and ended up paying the company More... I will...
Read morewent there before in 2010 for a hairstyle for wedding my mom and I were very pleased and I also been to Toni for a haircut and he honestly did the best haircut I ever got. waxing is pretty good there as well but not very friendly but always busy. My most recent visit there was a disaster !!! we go in for pedicures and the lady I got was rude and rushing my pedicure to the point were she was hurting me and I stopped her from doing my pedi and she got very upset and tried going to my daughter which I stopped her right away and she kept looking at me with dirty looks the whole time, it was uncomfortable but her fault. They next morning we go in for our hairstyles for a wedding and they didn't do the style I wanted but being the maid of honor I had other things to worry about, when it came to the bride the stylist had no idea what he was doing and I had to stop him and we left. another bridesmaid left as well because the stylists were no good! So all in all we spent way over 300 dollars there on them 2 days and IT WAS NOT WORTH IT !! the owner or guy in front wasn't rude about it but didn't really care either , he didn't even bother to offer any type discount for such INCONVIENCE !! we were a whole hr and thirty minutes late to the wedding and there was no reason the bride should of been that late, I myself had to do the brides hair and fix my own myself and they are very lucky I even paid for such a shitty job !!! we wont ever go there and the out of all them workers only 3 are...

The past it was really good but now it's horrible service wise. (It is...
