Due to my own divorce and family challenges, I have needed to navigate the family court system for the past 12 years. Initially, I worked with multiple lawyers in both collaborative and non-collaborative divorce settings in some of the largest offices in town who were professional and responsive but simply weren’t up to the challenge, leading to painful and very costly setbacks. I needed better legal support quickly and a friend referred me to Joe after he had transformed a challenging situation for her family.

Working with Joe allowed me to finally breathe easier as I faced court, knowing I had an expert on my side who cared and worked hard for the best possible outcomes. I feel compelled to write a review as we are extremely happy with the care we received from Wiseman Legal!!! Great office to work with! Mr. Wiseman was my daughter, Lynne's attorney through her divorce and the entire staff treated her (and me when I would accompany her) with compassion and respect. Divorce is very stressful to go through and Mr.Wiseman was exceptional whenever he spoke either my daughter or myself. He explained what was happening and what was needed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Mr. Wiseman's office as he and the staff are respectful, compassionate and mostly darn good at their job!!! It was so wonderful to find such warm people to walk my daughter through this horrible experience. Truly made a bad time much easier. Hopefully we will not need his help i the future, but if so would not hesitate...

Worst experience ever. They were very unprofessional and after a year and a half of of the closure of my case, they are still trying to charge me fees, etc. I have a receipt showing “paid in full” yet I’m still receiving a statement showing a balance each month. I’ve reached out and have not received any information. Joe is very unprofessional and made comments before hanging up the phone on me various times. I held my tongue long enough, but after receiving statement after statement without any response or resolution I am fed up.
