PayMore - Buy, Sell & Trade Electronics — Attraction in Algonquin

Good day-

It started with having an iPhone 14 Pro Max that I didn't know what to do with. AT&T was offering $1000 off if I traded it in, but that would entail being stuck with them for another 36 months and I don't want to feel trapped with a phone service, and I also wanted money in my pocket. I found this PayMore store, specifically, just by searching Google. When I initially called I talked with "Chrissy". She was beyond sweet, and could tell I had no idea how trading in a device worked, and she was helping me with everything I wanted to know. When I went in, I met her, and some other team members, all of whom were smiling, sweet, and in general just had a good vibe. I don't usually write reviews so I'm not sure the lingo to use, but for someone who doesn't love interacting with people I felt entirely safe and comfortable. I'm 20, and an "iPad kid", so again I really didn't know how any of this worked, but Chrissy made me feel included and cared about. I later found out she was the owner of the store, and I couldn't have been more happy to know the owner of an establishment treated their patrons so well. A "Cole" was there, too, who was just as sweet. I also deal with very bad anxiety and needed a buddy there with me both times I went in, and even so I didn't feel pressured, weird, or judged. Not only will I be reccomending this to whoever reads this, but I will be doing so to my family, friends, and myself if I ever need a device moving forward. I went in here twice yesterday and both times i had amazing service and great help from both Seth and Cole. The first time i went in i was helped by Cole. I had a bunch of random and uncharged things. He helped me and also had a bit of conversation with me while we waited and went through the selling process. I was not having a great day and when i left I can definitely say my day was better. I needed to sell a few more things so i went back and this is when Seth was helping me. Again, I had amazing customer service and great help, just as good as it was the first time. They offered me a good price both times I went in and this is definitely my go to place to sell and buy...

Seth and Joe really know what they're doing when it comes to customer service and their field of expertise, i had a issue with a computer that i got from the store so i brought it back the next day and they went above and beyond with meeting my needs and understanding the situation. I will definitely be bringing my business here from now on and will refer other people to this store because for electronics its everything you need in one store! Once again thank you to Joe and Seth for fixing the problem and always have very interactive...
