First thing I'd like to highlight, this shop has high quality customer service. Ralph seems the go-to guy for any contact points. Please expect to be flexible on scheduling on big jobs; 2-4 weeks. Noise Kreations is involved in audio, electronics, tint and vinyl, mechanical, wheels, etc. Therefore, you can imagine clients dropping in for multi-phased orders.

As for specifics, I had a USA Spec Bluetooth radio adapter installed in my car at a fair price. The job took longer than I expected, but the results were impressive. The interior came out to be untainted, in contrast some other installers may use more invasive tools which could damage plastic panels. Eventually, the unit was not behaving properly but this shop promptly addressed it when I returned for troubleshooting.

I came back for Prestige Spectra Photosync tint 360 degree install, which was also at a fair price. They were very attentive with the install and made sure that there weren't any defects, even if minor. My vehicle was washed to remove fluid spray from the tint install; interior and exterior was returned to me very clean. Overall, I was very impressed with this job since it looks great and was very effective.

I also had them install the Advanced Keys keyless push-to-start system and they were able to hide the sensors as instructed. Although this job was expensive and took a few extra days to complete, they handled it well in the end and delivered a clean install.

Some added extras are the shop is very clean and comfortable and their lounge/waiting area has internet video streaming. Additionally, they provide WiFi to their customers.

My only criticisms to share: there's a rattle behind the dash that stemmed from the Bluetooth unit install. I've reported it a few times, but I'm not sure if they have attempted to resolve it yet. However, I don't have any doubts that they'll have it silenced after another review. Additionally, you'll have to patient and diligence when you're scheduling. Sometimes you may not get a response exactly on the promised date, so it requires some more effort on your end as the customer to reach a commitment.

I’m from the area just thought I’d give them a shot. I called last week on Friday to see if I could get some quotes for an apple car play installation. Ralph told me he would call me back later that day or Monday morning. I waited patiently I didn’t receive a call or update on Monday so I called them back. They told me Ralph was on lunch. He would call me back when he got back. Two and a half hours later still no call , I call them back and see if he’s there he is, tells me he doesn’t know if what I’m asking for is available because he needs to contact a vendor. I tell him when will I find out? He states that he’ll give me a call in the morning the next day. I waited all morning, then it’s past 1 pm and call in the evening they tell me he’s on lunch again. Definitely wasting my time, honestly terrible service. You should be encouraging new clients not deterring them away. They probably paid to have negative reviews removed, so don't trust those places with perfect ratings.
