Target — Local services in Alhambra

I have no beef with what's in stock/inventory wise or selection. I'm just putting out this complaint towards my incident tonight.

7/20/14 9:15 PM I'm standing in the electronics section for 15 minutes with my family just to get a salesperson/representative to unlock a pair of earbuds I want to buy. Guess what, there's only 1 representative to be found. 1 guy talking to the same customer...for 20 minutes now. He sees me and the other customer sees me because I'm literally waving a hand at him for 20 minutes and waiting for him to finish his conversation. Then this representative continues to dodge me and my family who are all staring at him at this point. He doesn't let the other customer leave, instead talking to him about a lot of random things he's not interested in, just so he doesn't have to talk to anyone else period for the rest of the night/shift. Frustrated at this sleazy attempt and not wanting to call him out, I left frustrated as hell. Who knows, maybe he's still talking to that same customer to avoid the other 3 people waiting around for him to get something/ask something. All I wanted was to get him to unlock a pair of earbuds. 30 seconds max.

For reference, it's a bald representative that works in electronics.

I get it, you're about to close. Maybe you're tired. However, I don't enjoy the straight disrespect and the attempt to avoid responsibility...

So few months ago I had purchased a breast pump from this store. End up never using it , nor opening it. When to return it but I had lost the receipt. The girls at customer service were super nice I tried to help out , unfortunately it was over $90 so they couldn’t return it. Called the Store Manager (joke) who came and instead of being honest and tell me that the store policy doesn’t let them return it, he said bunch of lies; Well you don’t have your receipt and we can’t return it, plus he said at this breast pump has different seald on the box and they don’t have this seald in their store. I said ok, maybe I’m mistaken and I bought it from different stores, just don’t remember. Well I decided to go to check out the other breast pumps and I seen that they are seald with exactly the same stickers. So I walked to the guy again and I said, I just seen other pumps on your shelf and they have exactly …… He didn’t even let me finish, he began to talk very arrogant and rude over me , saying that no Target will return your pump, I don’t care if it’s the same or not. Go ahead and call customer service, they can give you return label. But I guarantee you that no one will return it for you! I was like … wow rude much ! I walked away with not saying anything because I was not trying to make a seen. But No wonder God punish him the way he is … I believe you get what...

I like coming to this Target with my "family" because its well stocked. I even did a report for school last semester acknowledging how Target stores are well maintained by keeping their staff and "customers" safe while shopping. By "wearing mask at all times," having hand sanitizer all over the store, and social distancing. However, my past experience attending this store was Not comforting at ALL. Since I noticed a lot of staff not wearing their mask because they claimed they were vaccinated. (My husband and I are vaccinated too, but not our children. So we still need to wear a mask to protect our children.) I know the CDC said if vaccinated you don't need to wear a mask. Nevertheless, Dr. Barbara Ferrer from the L.A county are still conducting studies of this virus and have been noticing COVID-19 cases increasing since they started to say, "people that are vaccinated don't need yo wear a mask." Therefore, their new recommendations now are to continue wearing mask at all times to protect our "children" and the most vulnerable even if "vaccinated." "Please Target stores, continue making this store one of the top shopping places where people can feel safe while shopping.
