I am absolutely blown away by the incredible experience I had at Lone Star Mercantile! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the sheer abundance of options available. The selection is truly vast and diverse, with something to suit every taste and preference.

But what truly sets this place apart is the attention to detail and the obvious pride that the team members take in their work. The facility is spotlessly clean, with a warm and inviting ambiance that makes you feel right at home.

Every aspect of the experience, from the presentation to the service, is clearly crafted with care and dedication. The team members are knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic, and it's clear that they are passionate about what they do.

Overall, I would highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience. It's a true gem, and I can't wait to come...

It was ok. Seems more handmade items or mass production items from china. Only a few booths of antiques. This made it unfortunately as all of it started to look the same. Prices are high too.

The plaza seemed run down. Landlord needs to mow. It appears not really appealing to want to enter the plaza. There is a closed Wendy’s in front of it and some fenced off area. Kind of a weird location. I never knew it was here all these years of finding stores like this.

I did buy some honey. Kind of disappointed in the flavor. I was hoping to buy again since this location is closer than another local honey retailer I purchase from that is a different brand.

Might return, but don’t expect much to be purchased since prices are high and there isn’t anything original or unique that caught...

More Gift Shop Than Antique Shop… and Don’t Even Think About Needing a Bathroom

I drove all the way out expecting a charming antique store, but what I got felt more like a hospital gift shop with a few dusty knick-knacks pretending to be antiques. If you’re hoping for variety or anything unique, keep driving.

But the real gem of the experience? Trying to use the bathroom. I attempted four times during our visit, but apparently, it takes an hour to clean a single restroom. As we were leaving, I made one last attempt. An employee was walking by, so I asked if the bathroom was still closed. She said the floors hadn’t been cleaned yet—then promptly cut me off and went in herself.

So yeah, if you’re looking for actual antiques or a place that values basic customer courtesy…...

Lone Star Mercantile can be described in many ways, so I'll try to elaborate on one as a guy. 1. Your wife will love it, so much so, she will come for 10 minutes and spend an hour and a half. While she spends that hour and a half in the store, you will browse around with her and find that they have some really cool and unique things for guys too. I found the prices to be competitive. The environment is pretty cool, they're always playing good music instead of that up tempo elevator music most places do. Also, a special shout out to the leadership team at Lone Star Mercantile, they actually care about you as a consumer and I would also so they look like they have fun! Go check them out, you won't be disappointed.

It's been about a year since I've been to the Lone Star Mercantile. What I love about it is the number of unique vendors and how well organized it is. There is something for everyone. I think it would be a great place to go for finding a special gift. The reason for the four stars is that it was really lacking the antiques (which I was looking forward to viewing). What I did find was handmade pottery that I didn't need to purchase via online. Very pleased.

Really interesting things here. Only had 20 minutes to look through it all, but what I did find, I grabbed a handful of snacks to try. The sign says closed at 7pm but Google Maps says 8. You may want to ask beforehand. They have everything from jewelry to clothing to snacks to trinkets for hair. There were stalls with candles, some with soaps, some had tin signs, some had local honey, some had antiques. You have to come and see what treasures you'll find.
