Young Chefs Academy - Allen/Mckinney TX — Attraction in Allen

The staff at this location is great! The manager/owner is very unprofessional! Problems with class sign up, fee charges to my credit card for days my girls did not attend and the owner has refused to contact me, return phone calls, or respond to emails to resolve the matter. The staff has done everything they could to help but unfortunately they can not issue refunds. Owner is arrogant and does not value her customer!

Lamar truly saved the day this Christmas! I had planned to sign up online and simply print a certificate for my son to open on Christmas morning, but I discovered on Christmas Eve that I needed to call to complete the process. Lamar went above and beyond, graciously waiting for me at the academy at 4:00 PM on Christmas Eve. I highly recommend this place for a stress free birthday party experience!! My six year old had the best time making pizza and decorating cupcakes with her friends. Both the boys and the girls enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and kept the kids engaged. They maintained a clean work station throughout the process, which impressed me with how messy little cooks can be. Their communication during the planning phase was great!
