Staples — Attraction in Allentown

I am giving this one star review of this Staples for the Manager of this store, although it has been well over a month and my cellphone glass screen is STILL NOT FIXED! The techs at the Easy tech (NOT EASY!) were helpful as much as they could be. They DID TRY although "someone" listed my order as "COMPLETED" WHICH IT WAS NOT! This caused no one to call me for almost a month, then when I CALLED, they had to reorder. AND GUESS WHAT? When the cell phone screen came in, IT WAS THE WRONG ONE!!? So, this is the second trip to the store. Now, no one again has called me in over two weeks, I have no idea if they even re-ordered, and I am giving up. The reason I am calling out the Manager is the tech told him about the screw up and the manager basically SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS, barely made eye contact with me and WALKED AWAY. The moment I stepped foot into this establishment I knew I was in for a good time as the cashier man immediately greeted me with a fleeting smile on his mask. I was immediately asked if I needed any help from an employee named timmy, he lead me through the store as we both went shopping together for my supplies. The manager on duty was just as great as he was taking precautions to the covid 19 photocall by wearing a mask and asking if I had a good visit. His name was astin I I beleive. This store is horrible. Wife went there about 30 mins before close to get something printed woman was all nasty. Said they about to close and come back tomorrow. Serious???? 30 mins left. Then went and got the item printed the mext day first thing in the AM and they were supposed to call when it was done but had to call ourselves at 630PM and it had been finished. They claimed they were really busy with 15 orders. When we got there to pick up the item they acted like they couldnt find it. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. That will be the last time getting ANYTHING from there even...
