Consumer beware if they cause more harm to your phone they will not fix it or replace it.
Look at the BBB website. They have a F rating. They are great, until they aren't!
We dropped off a Samsing Galaxy A50 on a Sunday afternoon for a screen repalcement. The phone was working 100% when we dropped it off. Two hours later we returned to pick it up and we were told during the process of running diagnostics, the phone had a hard reset. Everything had been deleted from the phone and they had not bothered to restore it. We understand things happen but we run a business from this phone so losing everything was a bit of a hassle. An hour later we discovered the screen was lagging and then it stopped working all together.
The next day (Monday) we arrived at 10am as they opened and showed them the problem. They were nice and said they would repair it again. When we picked up the phone Monday afternoon we noticed the screen was lagging and eventually quit working a couple hours later. Another day of lost work and revenue.
Tuesday we returned back to the store at 10am and they advised they would want to keep the phone "a few days" to make sure it was working properly. We told them that was not possible and we needed the screen fixed asap as we had to return to business as usual. I called 3 hours later to check on the phone and they advised they had to order a special part "that never goes bad" Another day of lost work and revenue.
Wednesday 10:30am they still have not repaired the phone, nor have they owned up to breaking the phone and performing the hard reset. They also have not offered a refund or compansation for lost time and revenue. Their attitude is very non chalant and it is very clear they just don't care.
At this point we regret taking the phone to this place as we still do not have a working phone. I will update if this gets resolved.
Update**We picked up the phone today (Wednesday) and the manager assured us the phone was 100% fixed. He gave us $80 towards a refund and asked us to modify this review. We took the phone home and 5 hours later the phone is again not working. We called and spoke to the manager and he said we should make a warranty claim with Samsung. When I asked what would have happened if we no longer had a warranty and he said "we would just give you a refund." WHAT?!?! YOU BROKE MY PHONE. We asked for a screen repair for a single crack on a new phone that had no problems with functionality. He proceeds to tell us the motherboard is probably ruined.
Again they take no responsibility for the damages they have casued including monetary loss related to not having a phone for days, commuting back and forth to their office, and the sheer frustration that THEY DON'T REALLY CARE.

I brought in my iPad Pro with a cracked screen. During my first visit, the owner’s staff offered an upcharge for a cleaning service, which I agreed to yet the iPad was never cleaned, not even once.
I was told the repair would take two days, which was fine. However, the same day I picked it up, the screen began lifting. I called and was told to bring it back. After they said it was fixed again, the same issue happened the very next day. This back-and-forth continued, and within just one week, I had to go to the store six different times and each time, the issue was never actually resolved.
During this process, I personally spoke with the owner, who assured me over the phone that he would handle the repair himself. That promise was never followed through, and the problem persisted. At no point was I offered a discount, refund, or any form of apology for the repeated inconvenience.
When I finally requested a refund, the owner initially refused, saying the iPad Pro screens were “too pricey.” Only after insisting did he agree — but even then, he said they would have to replace my screen with a worse, broken one in order to process it.
This experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. As the owner, it’s your responsibility to take ownership of your staff’s mistakes and ensure customers leave with their devices properly repaired. Instead, I was left with a screen that’s still lifting and a complete lack of accountability from the top down.

I'm updating my review because I had to make a review on the spot in order to leave with a screen protector. Now that I've had the phone almost two weeks since it was fixed, it has a ton of issues. Sometimes the screen sensitivity doesn't feel my fingers and I cannot do anything but stare at the screen and have to reset the phone. Every single person who calls says it sounds like I'm underwater, or like there is a jingling sound coming from my end. When I record videos on my phone, which I do for a living, it has an awful jingling/static noise that hurts me ears. They were kind enough to replace my battery as well, since it was in bad condition, but now my phone is overheating within just 5 minutes of using it. Every single day I can't use my phone for more than a few minutes before it's overheating and lagging. I didn't have ANY of these issues before getting my phone fixed at this location. I've been thinking of calling back, but because I had to go through Asurian insurance, I'm going to have to put in another claim and bring it to the same location, and if that location caused all these issues, I'm not sure they can fix it too. It's a hassle and a half, and difficult to be without my phone another day when it's how I work.
