Wirewood Market — Attraction in Altamonte Springs

Decided to stop by this past weekend for our antique shopping. We traveled from Ocala and this is our first time visiting Wirewood Market. We were greeted upon arrival and checked on while perusing the isles. At first glance, the store seemed a bit small, which turned out to be incorrect; however, even though they had a good many things, including a very pretty wash basin and vanity desk, the place also served as a sort of boutique with lotions, soaps and other items to delight their older customers. As serious antique customers, we prefer real antique stores and unfortunately did not find that had to have item. I think it says something when the customer, after walking a third of the store, starts looking up other antique stores to visit next. It was worth stopping by; however, we will not be adding Wirewood Market to our favorites list for...

First time visiting here because I saw the event they were having on Facebook and we were new to the area. The place is very cute and has a lot of great vintage items we purchased. It was a great experience until we checked out. We were not greeted with the same warm welcome everyone else was getting that checked out before us. We noticed our greeting and check out was a little tense and slightly rude. We dint understand what was wrong me and my daughter just looked at each other . After a min we felt the reason why. We were treated differently. So sad when is it going to stop . We won’t be spending our money here any more. Shame because it’s a nice place just not nice vibes to “ “””. ...

I love this place because the sellers are all so different in their aesthetic that regardless of what your style is, you will find what you're are looking for here!!! And for my creatives out there😉 there are several different vendors that sell IOD stamps, moulds, transfers and paint inlays, Fusion mineral paint Debi's DIY paint,Miss Mustard milk paint, Decoupage Queen rice paper just to name a few and the prices of everything are standard which is expected for those product lines! But with Christmas quite literally around the corner run don't walk to this fabulous place because I promise you won't leave...
