Absolutely ridiculous service! My grandma went in by herself to get a phone and walks out with a new phone, tablet, service for tablet, protection for tablet, liquid protection screen and a new upgraded plan so she could get a "good deal for the tablet". I call the lady that helped her (Mary) and she is explaining things to me and I'm asking clarifying questions and she is getting an attitude. I then ask for her to not talk to me in that tone and stop with the attitude. She starts to apologize and I hang up the phone too upset to speak. My mother calls to speak with her and says we will be in soon to return everything. Mary the worker says take our time and she can fix it when we come in since they aren't that busy. We all drive to the store and wait about an hour to be seen. Time comes to around 3:57pm and they close at 4pm. The man (Chris) that was next to Mary looks to Mary and says "Do you need help with anything because I'm going to let you handle that" and motions to us. My mother stands up to go speak to him. They are going through everything and then his kid calls and he's telling them to talk fast since he's at work. The kid talks about buying a game and he said "I'll talk to you after work". He proceeds to talk to him and the kid is asking more questions about going to someone's for dinner and the worker (Chris Ergenbright) says "well what are they having". They proceed to talk some more and finally he ends the call. He fixes everything back to normal and my mom ask for both of their business cards so when something is wrong on the bill, she can call with questions. Chris responds with "oh I don't work here anymore" and my mom responds "oh you don't haha". He says "if you have any problems call Mary. A store sales rep called me about a promotion for home internet so I switched to a new router even though I didnāt need one because the one I currently had worked fine but I was informed that this new device would actually save me money on my monthly bill. When U S celluar finally got to the bottom of the issue it was traced back to the Altoona store's major screwup. The Altoona store had recorded that my s5 had not been returned. Of course it wasn't returned. I BOUGHT IT. I am so angry with the this store's major screwup and the time it has cost me that I hope they are diciplined by U S Celluar.
