The customer service was amazing and once my lenses came in I was in awe. The lenses from Total Eyewear Gallery are out of this world. They are custom to my eye and digitally made. I never thought my vision was that bad but since I’ve been in my new glasses I don’t ever want to take them off. The world is so much clearer than when I was in a big chain store’s lenses. So much so I decided to go back and get prescription sunglasses too!

I've only ordered my glasses, but going to Christine has been the best experience in my 32yrs of wearing glasses. She taught me things about my prescription and frames I've never been taught. Very knowledgeable in the Eyewear industry. Everywhere I've been they just tell me to pick out a pair and they will ring me up. Christine actually shows you the pairs that best fit you and your prescription. Christine is the first person that has actually said no to a pair I picked and explained why they weren't right for my prescription, eye spacing, and head. The pair we picked out together, I'm excited to receive. Her selection is great. She doesn't try to put you in her most expensive frames. In fact she just wants the right pair for your prescription. This was the best glasses-getting experience I have ever had. I’ve never worn glasses much because it’s hard to find glasses that fit my face, and I’m picky about how they look. Chris was able to help me find a pair that both look and feel great. She has a good selection of frames and I liked her process of finding the right pair. Besides the frames being great, the lenses she suggested are the best I’ve had by far. Chris seems to genuinely care about her customers and I felt like she was really looking after me. I will say the glasses were more expensive than other places, but they are totally worth it. I would rather pay more for glasses I’ll wear often, and I will be wearing these a lot.
