Title: “Disappointing Experience at The Treasure Chest” I visited The Treasure Chest with my dog, Ollie, hoping for a fun time playing games. However, upon entering, I was immediately informed that pets weren’t allowed. This contradicted what a female worker had previously told me about the place being pet-friendly. When I mentioned that Ollie was my ESA dog, the staff member still insisted on enforcing the no-pets policy. He even asked to see Ollie’s certificate, which left me feeling unwelcome. Wanted something different for a date night and decided to try this out after hearing about them when they participated in a community fundraiser Easter for Eli. My boyfriend and I each spent about $40-$60. Him on the skills machines and coin pushers for myself. We were able to play about 3 hours, were provided complementary drinks, and the staff was friendly in explaining bonuses to help extend our play.
