UPDATE: Yesterday, there was a Mexican woman working who wore a purple shirt that was standing near the front counter as me and my 5-year-old walked in, she stopped us dead in our tracks and told us very rudely "Mam, the store closes in 2 minutes" and stood there with a very annoyed look on her face, I apologized and let her know that I wasn't aware that y'all were closing, I then mention that what I wanted was literally right in front of us which was the stroller, she continued to stare at me saying nothing but looking really frustrated. The black lady working at the front counter that day also shared the same annoyed look on her face. We didn't feel very welcomed but either employee. We then just turned around and walked away and nobody said a thing. I just felt like since there were only one person in front of us and what we wanted was right there that maybe she could have let us just buy it. I get it they were probably tired and wanted to go home, I just felt like maybe someone in management should know someone like her acts that way towards paying customers, we are here on vacation and I've been to your store and probably even met you I believe, I had a very pleasant experience but, this is the first time that...

The Manager Jessi was very rude. I saw a small hummingbird ornament, that they had behind glass and when I went to pay for it, it didn't have a price on it. Also a few things i bought that were behind the glass didn’t have prices but they rang them up. But Instead of just pricing it, she took it away from me and put it in the back seem like she wanted it for herself. When I asked her if she could price and put it aside for me when I come back, she said absolutely not. I asked her if she could just get a price quote because I’m from out of town and she said absolutely not. She was not helpful. She was very loud and very rude. I come here every time I'm in town. But this will be my last. To have a manager be loud, grab the item from the lady helping me and walk to the very back room to hid it was shocking. This is a thrift store....

By far my favorite store to shop at!! Most people that come over always love all my stuff/decor. I'm proud to tell everyone it comes from my favorite store. Everyone I have invited to come visit the store with me have never left empty handed!! I have met must of the employee's but I do have to give Carol and Dorothy a huge shoutout!! Carol has become family too me! And the behind the scenes Matthew, he has brought the thrift store to the next level. Social media is where it's at and he's the perfect person for that task!
