I dropped my computer off to get repaired, about a week later I got an update that it is fixed and ready to pick up but when I get there, they tell me they can't fix it. The reason they gave me was that "since this was a pre-built computer and the motherboard was pre installed, they didn't know how to fix it." Need I say that I bought the computer and their upgraded parts from the exact same best buy, just this last summer. During the drop off they charged me $200+ to get it fixed but end up not lifting a finger to fix the very problem that I payed them to fix. The only thing geek squad is useful for is if you don't know how to upload your photos, and for senior citizens that need assistance on how to use they're tech. I will rather shoot myself in the foot than to ever hand my equipment over to geek squad to "fix" something ever again. The workers don't know what they're doing. Went to the curbside pick space & there's no phone number to call & tell them you're there. Just happened there was a salesperson walking by & asked how do you get your curbside. She says you have to do it in the app. We don't have the app,we say. Well then, she says, you have to go inside to pick it up. What? I've never run into that at any curbside store I've ever been to. Martín tried to up-sale me a $70 automatic replacement though I kept telling him I was not interested because I’ve already paid for Apple care. He doubled my time in store because he did not listen to what I wanted. He then proceeded not to store the 4 foot Apple Watch charger with my items and it was lost. By the time I realized this and returned it had been a week. They could no longer find my charger but Bernardo made it right. He replaced my exact charger.
