We had family in town last night and decided to take them to a great steakhouse. Typically, the food, atmosphere and service is great! Last night was a total let down. We did go at a busier time, but there was no excuse for the lack of service.
We arrived at 6:30 and got on the list. At 7:40, we were sat at our table. A server came by about 15 minutes later and asked how Christmas was and said he'd be right back. About another 10 minutes later, he took our drink and food order. There were 4 kids and 4 adults. All 4 adults ordered an alcoholic beverage. About 20 minutes later, the kids got their drinks. This is about 8:20 that the kids were given their drinks! However, us adults still had not received our drinks. Our meal arrived at roughly 8:30. We mentioned to the waiter, again, that we had nothing to drink this entire 2 hours. We finished our meals and he arrived with a drink for us.
The establishment at 9 p.m was pretty slow at this point. There was no excuse to not offer at least water to us after sitting there for 2 hours. The waiter spilled coke all over my kids sleeve, was shaky and dropping food. It was a total disaster. Our time with our out of town family was ruined because of the irritation we were all feeling. To top it off, my little ones kids steak was completely raw, rather than well done. We didn't dare send it back.
We spoke with the manager and he took about $12 dollars off of my ticket of over $100 to comp us for what we went through. It was a literal slap in the face. My family received about $10 off. Every other table came and went long before us. This was a total mess and disappointment. The kids macaroni was dried out Kraft brand mac. Just a joke really.

I was a single, the hostesses greeted me promptly, I asked to sit at the bar, they said seats were open... off I went! I sat at a pretty busy bar, restaurant seemed busy as well. 2 folks working behind the bar, a dude and a young woman... both were busy, but seemed to jave everything under control... aftwr a very short wait the dude, whom I learned was Tripp, greeted me, took my drink order, asked if I needed any help or had questions with the menu and I didnt. Tripp took my order, he was wicked friendly, taking care of me and several other customers... this dude was paying attention to business. My food came out very fast- ribs, shrimp baked potato... absolutely incredible!!! I was very very impressed... my friend Tripp checked on me a few times and I didnt want or need anything. Service, food, perfect! I didn't mention the young lady because I had no interaction with her, but she was on fire.. service bar, taking care of customers at the bar... these 2 worked well together and definitely k ow what they are doing.
Let's discuss Tripp for a minute.... managers beware!!! This kid is going to take all of our jobs if we aren't careful... I watched his interaction with several guests and this cat has it together!!!! And again, not to slight the young lady, she is exactly the same.. true workers!!!
I was not expecting this level of service and food tbis evening, but I am not complaining!!! Expectations were greatly exceeded.

Read moreMy Fiancé, and I came here for our first time, after hearing nothing but good things from friends and family. When we arrived we waited an hour to be seated. Once seated, we ordered our food and drinks. I finished my drink after about 10 minutes. I was a little thirsty. I then waited another 15-20 minutes with an empty tea glass until finally our salads arrived. I asked the food runner to give me a refill because obviously our waitress wasn’t coming back to check on us any time soon. I get my refill and finish it over about 20 minutes with my salad. I then thought I’d time how long it takes for me to be offered another refill, 18 minutes, 8 of which were after I asked the waitress for a refill. I then asked to speak to manager and he did not act like it effected him one bit he just said “I’ll talk to her, we do things that way” I’m sorry but I shouldn’t have 5 people coming to my table. Especially during this “pandemic”. Shortly after that the waitress brought my check before I could order my desert. She didn’t want anything to do with us anymore and didn’t even offer it. I proceeded to tell her I wasn’t ready to pay that I wanted to order some desert to go, and a to go box. She brings the desert to go, but no box for my leftover food. I get my check and it is someone else’s. Overall Very Poor Experience. Even after speaking to the manager, he never came back to check on us or make sure any of our issues were resolved.
